Apple.com Preorder Status Thread (merged)

I'm sure this has already been posted, but I don't feel like reading back in this thread to find out. You can pre sign for the phones now at Apple.com on your order status page since they are finally marked as shipped.

Also, my two additional USB->Lightning cables are now preparing for shipment and they charged my card for that part of the order yesterday - it said 2-3 weeks with Oct 9-15th delivery when I ordered them earlier this week. My Lightning/30 pin adapters have still not shipped.

I don't wanna miss my package tomorrow and printed out the pre sign paper from apples sight for UPS. I have my Aunts upgrade (lives in different State) and apple says its "Shipping" to <Aunts name> but I changed the address to my house of course. My name is on the Billing side from Apple as I paid for it.

Do I sign my name on the paper? or Sign her's? I would hate to sign mine and then they no deliver

I have called Apple and they said that it "should" arrive tomorrow, but it might come early next week. :confused:

What is your status? Still "Processing" or updated as "Preparing for Shipment"?

Mine updated as "Preparing for Shipment" yesterday night.

The method also updated as "Next Day Shipping" which was "Holiday Shipping" before.

All they need is someone's signature on the form.

The status has been "Preparing for Shipment" for three days now.

My Apple order page doesn't say if it is "Holiday Shipping" or "Next Day Shipping", but the Apple Store iOS app says that it is "Holiday Shipping".

That sucks, sorry to hear that. Have you talked to Apple? Cuz that is more a legit concern then the people worried because their tracking info wasn't updating.

I think it just needs to be any signature (just like how I can sign for my roommate even though our names are different), but you can always use the Apple or UPS chat. I am sure they have been asked this type of question plenty of times already.

Denver Shipment

For those waiting in Denver...I know AlphaDogg is one...

As most know, the iP5's are in Louisville. There is one UPS flight out of KSDF to KDEN this afternoon at 2:11PM MDT and arrives 4:44PM MDT. I might have overlooked it, but I believe this is the only UPS flight from Louisville to Denver from now till tomorrow morning. Looks like our phones are on that flight.
 
Anyone in Northern VA (specifically, Arlington) have an estimated delivery time?

Its funny, you are in a thread titled "Apple.com Preorder Status Thread" that has seen over 5000 posts... If you don't care, why are you here? All you are doing is making fun of people, which is nothing but trolling.
 
Talked with my morning UPS truck driver, he said i can expect my i5 around 9am tomorrow!!! That is so money! Lets Go!!!

Sometimes UPS packages are not on direct flights, can go to say chicago moved to another plane and then to denver.

It is the only UPS flight that is already scheduled from Louisville, KY to Denver, CO is what they meant I think. Or at least how I understood it

Does UPS usually start before 9? Mine just says "before 10:30", but I can't seem to find what time they start delivering. 7 AM? 8?
