I don't know how that really confirmed anything. You all realize that the phones do have to clear customs first and then once in the US, it seems like it should be free flowing from there, right?

calling this a horror story or anything like that is weird. The phone will be delivered. I would have stood in line if I were as neurotic about shipments.
 
It seems like it's not really UPSs fault. I'd guess that many packages are delivered to ZZ by Apple and they just sit there on pallets until they have delivered all the phones that belong to that particular shipment. So if they're making 50k a day but the plane they have contracted holds 250k they'll deliver those 50k a day but the plane won't leave until they have 250k. So many phones will show up in ZZ but won't leave for a few days.

Seems like Korea's on a time delay since each time it shows up, the dates are totally off. Note it also arrived and departed Korea after it arrived in Alaska. :)

It seems like the plane from Shanghai to Anchorage that arrived 09/29/2014 at 1:25 P.M. just stayed there overnight, which means it won't go out to Louisville until this afternoon at the earliest.

Given that I'm scheduled for delivery tomorrow by end of the day, they'll have to pull off one hell of a fast connection in Louisville. More likely, I won't get my phone tomorrow. :rolleyes:

I will just add that the fact that my phone didn't get on any of the EIGHT flights from Anchorage to Louisville yesterday is a bit frustrating, even though I have no right to complain since my original scheduled dates were 10/13-21 and the Apple shipping email said 10/6.

I plan on posting on this thread all the way until it gets to me. Hopefully there are other success stories on here soon. Waiting sucks.
 
I also have the exception "We were unable to load the package on the plane as scheduled" in Incheon. It was allegedly shipped on 9/26 but had three departure scans from ZhengZhou and didn't arrive in Incheon until this evening local time. My original delivery date was 10/2, then 10/3, and now it is 10/6.

Meanwhile, my friend ordered several days after I did (also from apple.com), his phone shipped AFTER mine, and it is already in California with a scheduled delivery of tomorrow.

UPDATE: I just received an updated My Choice notification that my delivery date is 10/6. I received a My Choice notification overnight that it would be delivered tomorrow.

Same here .. scheduled delivery for 10/2 .. I am in MI and waiting for the package to move out of AK soon.

I finally received my iPhone this morning! As originally promised by UPS.

If it helps the people still waiting, this was my process from ordering to delivery:

Ordered 09/17 (iPhone 6 space gray 16GB - T-Mobile)
7-10 business days for shipping, with 10/06-10/09 delivery estimate)
CC charged on 09/24, and got shipping confirmation about 24 hours later.

This is how UPS got it to me (after 4 days of fun in China) (delivery time still hasn't updated)

What a steaming pile of ****. This pallet/pallets sat with UPS for DAYS in ZZ. It is absolutely absurd that they could not make it to the plane in time to get out of Incheon. Unreal.

Mine is scheduled to be delivered to my house tomorrow between 12:45pm and 4:45pm. It's in Louisville atm.

I have the exact same scans as you. Last entry is a departure scan from Chek Lap Kok today at 7:27 pm. The tracking page says 10/6 but I got a text saying it will be delivered tomorrow. Who even know's what's accurate anymore.
 
It is kind of funny isnt it?

It is kind of funny to think of all of us on this forum going nuts, and we will lose interaction with each other in a week or two, but in the meantime, all of our phones are snuggled together on a pallet in a warehouse in Korea... Globalization eh guys???

Mine got the missed plane update also.
 
UPS is blaming Apple - seriously?
UPS is the shipper and the logistic company - how could Apple possible send Phones back and forth - on what - Apple planes?
UPS dpes not know whats going on - quite simple - you can tell by there lame a.. scripted explanation they repeat over and over. Besides IF it is true the control it once its in the US - how come phones went from Louisville back to ZZ.
UPS - its once thing to f.. up - but then lie about it and insult my intelligence -
Its time to tell Apple to stay away from this incompetent fools.
 
I know everyone is currently freaking out about UPS shipping processing so this is kind of besides the point...

I order my ATT IP6+ on 9/23 through Apple.com and have a delivery estimate of 10.21-10.28. I'm still on 'Processing Items'. Anyone with this estimate and similar order make any progress? I'm getting so impatient after having to cancel with att on the 12th because of a ridiculous 11.9-11.27 estimate.
