Apple.com preorder thread - iPhone 6/6 Plus

Ugh it's painful to watch the tracking!
My 6+ is sitting in a truck about a mile from my house as of 5am this morning and I have to wait until monday for it :eek:

My order processed until the end of the day on Thursday, 10/9 (21 days later)

This morning, 10/11 at 3:00 am when I got up I revived a tracking number for both phones

My phones are estimated to be delivered on Thursday 10/16 which is almost an exact month after my order was placed!

Has anyone else revived a tracking number????

As for all of you that ordered on 9/20 and 9/21 hang in there I have noticed over the last few weeks of watching this forum that you are almost there! If you follow the exact same track as I did you should prepare to ship very soon and should have your phones in your hand the week of October 20th! Best of luck!

I orderered my gold 6 plus 64 gb on 9/13 midday and it is scheduled to be here Monday 10/13 (a month after I ordered). My expected delivery window was 10/14-10/21. So I agree with you.

Update: My iPhone 6+ SG 128GB AT&T status changed from Preparing for Shipment to Shipped!!! Due to arrive Cocoa Beach, FL for pickup this Thursday!!! only 22 hours for status to change. Looks like the 6 plus's are moving out the door faster now.

One day later, the tracking is STILL stuck in Alaska!! God I hate ups! Just scan my damn package already. I don't even know where my phone is right now and it's driving me crazy. This stinks!

Yea, if I could have pre ordered, I would have. My contract was not up until 9/20, thats why I was so late. I thought our status would have changed to preparing for shipment by now.

Mine is also on 9.20, still processing items. Hope it will shift to preparing for shipment soon:mad:

The phone is sitting in Anchorage Alaska waiting for a ride.....:mad:
So close yet so far away ... Hopefully it will be on a plane tonight to Louisville.
There were 2 flights out of Anchorage last Saturday evening.

Just checked FlyAware and there is a flight scheduled out of Anchorage at 3:16 pm tonight :)

Just an FYI for everyone wishing they had pre-ordered... I know several people and have read a bunch of stories on here of people pre-ordering and still not reviving their phones until last week! The general consensus I believe is that your phone should be deliver about 1 month after you ordered! If you ordered on the 20th of September you will more then likely receive your phone on or around the 20th of this month! People who pre-ordered just got or are just now getting their phones...the rest of us aren't that far behind I promise!

I definitely agree with what was said

I just got status changed after after 23 days of processing

Ordered on 9/19 (realized it was around 2ish am est)

128GB 6 + Gold AT&T (Next 12)

As you can see from the image, we are finally preparing to ship. It literally just changed because I looked 10 minutes ago.

So team 9/19 - 9/21 be patient it's coming now :D:D:apple::apple::cool::cool:

If this is true I would get my Preordered 09/12 phone tomorrow :)
 
Silver 6+ 128 GB

Still waiting for my 6+ to arrive. I made the mistake of ordering on 9/20 through AT&T online as I had qualified for an upgrade and should have gone directly to Apple. My expected shipping dates are 10/29-11/7 which is fine because I am not terribly impatient, but am needing a new phone as my current one is busting at the seams and has no more storage capacity.

Yesterday, when visiting the Apple store in my town to get my Macbook Pro serviced, I wanted to take a quick look at the iPhone 6+ and was impressed, but not doing crazy backflips or anything of that sort. I asked two different Apple techs if they honored the AT&T NEXT and they both said, "yes". I am thinking about canceling my AT&T order and going to the Apple store, but again, mine will probably end up shipping in 10 days. :apple:

Do you see any progress on your end? It looks like our phones are stuck there. But the plane that shipped our phones there already left to KY last night, but UPS hasn't updated the tracking yet. This is getting really annoying.

I ordered an iPhone 6+ on-line, on Apple website, and I would like to know how I could still trade in my old iPhone 5. Or what option do I have.

(I know that if I were to go in person, in the store, to purchase the iPhone 6+, I would have the option to bring my iPhone 5 in to trade it. And same at At&t store. Of course I couldn't, because it's in high demand at this time; so I ordered on-line.)

So, what can I do? Thanks in advanced. :)

I think the best way is to trade in your phone in the local Apple Store, they will give you a gift card which could be used both in Apple Store and the Apple online store;)
