love how every single person i've spoke to on here about the pink sport is in the same boat as me. No charge, no status change. Wtf? Did you not make any pink sports???? It would have been nice to know that. I ordered at 3:03am est. Seems plenty soon to me especially being that from what i've heard that band wasn't as popular as others so you should have enough to fulfill orders up to 3:03. I'm really disappointed with the lack of communication and the fact that you are so happy to announce you're getting people their watches who had a delivery window beyond me (and many others).
Great job! You please a bunch of people who were already expecting to not have their watch on launch or anywhere near close to it but in the same token you're probably losing a lot of faithful customers who ordered immediately with the first delivery window.
Yes i understand that it's a delivery window for a reason but to hear you gloat about people getting their watches sooner than expected, it ticks me off a bit and makes me think well what about me and all the other people who were hoping and praying we would get it on launch day too? Why didn't you concentrate on getting our orders made? Why did you focus so much on mass producing an absurd amount of one watch while you haven't seemed to make a single one of another?
Sorry to bring everyone down with all my negativity. It helps to write it and feel like maybe someone in the chain of apple will see it and make it better next time around. Maybe they will realize how let down a bunch of people will be when they really don't get their watch on launch day while others who were supposed to get it in may or june did. Let me tell you apple, it feels ******. It makes me want to cancel it but i love apple products so much that i won't just because the people behind the products effed up this whole preorder business.
Bottom line is, next time if you're going to have production issues i hope you'll communicate it with your customers. I (along with many others i've spoken to) would have chosen a different watch!
