No, the color is clear: Rose Gold.

Problem is that Apple takes its sweet time to release whenever they think it's ready.

BUT, they have not released anything with a WOW factor and from the looks of it they won't
for some time to come.

These days, the second somebody has an idea, SAMSUNG or GOOGLE will throw something onto the market, half baked or not.

Apple Watch, iCar, Apple TV as a game console (Fell asleep at the switch there , HOBBY my a$$)

MBPs, iPhone, iPads and watches are all matured and a given short of some spec updates (even those take too long).

The what have you done for me lately crowd is disappointed.

As an old fart, I no longer focus on music as being important. I do understand it's part of the young generation. So, that is where Apple has to go.

With Liotta and Campbell they are trying to keep the door open for older folks.

As an Apple customer since 1984, I have also been more negative lately, because it seems they have abandoned their base products and MBP updates are afterthoughts.
The mini might as well be officially be discontinued if they don't believe in it any more or at least combine it with the Apple TV.

The Pro people are crying and if they are smart, they should have already looked for alternatives. The Pro will end like the servers they used to sell , i.e. discontinued.

Analyzing Apple services doesn't show a pretty picture either. No equivalent to dropbox. Storage prices too high. Apple Music , not on par with Spotify offerings.
Beats .... beats me. Can't do anything with that and so on.

All my Apple stuff is working really well, occasional upgrade hick ups expected, but they don't have anything that's a MUST HAVE at the moment.

Pretty much agree with that. There are signs that we'll see some movement come WWDC but whatever they do it won't be enough to satisfy the naysayers.

I've actually found Apple Music to be a great help discovering new music and I was pretty vehemently against music streaming to begin with, I also used to listen to pretty much the same things.

I think the Ray Liotta commercial was decent. It at least demonstrated having Siri find a song. Siri is currently the main distinguishing feature over any other streaming service on iOS, so they need to have that feature in every AM commercial.

Sigh. If you don't get the ad, know the DJ dude or the songs don't get all annoyed. It's just not aimed at you.

Back to your Bens Fold Five Compilation. Move along nothing to see here.

oh i know the the DJ dude. He is a wart on humanity. A terrible, terrible person promoting stupidity and a leading figure in this inside out culture that has overtaken the world.

Obviously none of you dopes have seen one of the best movies ever made, "Goodfellas". The whole ending was a spoof of one of the famous scenes from that movie and music from one of the greatest Rock groups of the 70's. And no you don't have to be old to appreciate Goodfellas OR The Doobie Brothers. You just have to take your head out of your A$$ and listen to something other than Drake and watch something other than The Kardashians.

Kids these days......

Nothing in that ad makes me want to rush out and sign up for Music. None of the Music ads explain why I would want to subscribe to Music over Spotify or Google Play etc. I wish Apple would stop with the celebrities in ads for a while.

Because under SJ, Apple NEVER used celebrities to endorse their products...... Never.

D-List Celeb Endorsements are NOT innovative

What's next Kathy Griffin, Silverchair, and Johnathan Taylor Thomas spots?
From Wiki, just to give you some context that you are lacking:

"Goodfellas is often regarded as one of the greatest films of all time, both in the crime genre and in general. The film ranks #6 on Empire magazine's 2008 list of the 500 greatest movies of all time.[4] In 2000, the film was deemed "culturally, historically, and aesthetically significant" and selected for preservation in the National Film Registry by the United States Library of Congress. Its content and style have been emulated in numerous other films and television shows.[5] Scorsese followed up making this film with two more about organized crime: Casino (1995) and The Departed (2006)."

I still don't get DJ Khaled's music or who's his reference to "we the best"? who's the we and who said you were the best?

+1 for Liotta, though still not buying apple music.

This is a magnificent downhill. Come on, you could have at least reused the Think Different ads, especially since we are loosing inspiring people like Mohammed Ali. Ghandi would be a perfect opportunity since you are planning to enter that market and so many more. We need people substance that can inspire. A bling, bling DJ and a cougar model is not inspiring.

Of course he did. But it seems like every Apple ad these days features celebrities. Using them sparingly is fine; using them in every ad is overkill.

To be realistic, these Apple Music ads should have interruptions asking you if you want to sign up for the Apple Music app and even if you say no, it will keep asking you over and over again.

Apple used to connect with its user base.

Now it just alienates people with crass celebrity adverts and poor products.

Change has to come soon.

I also think these ads are not exactly great, but you're overreacting. Or becoming old ;-) The Apple devices you love are still there, but Apple is expanding in new territories and new demographics. Nothing wrong with that.
