If dozens of people openly decorating a giant building in a high-traffic area of a major city is considered a rumor then I'd like to contribute some exclusive leaks:
  • Late October: People will be decorating their homes with scary stuff.
  • November-December: People will be decorating their trees with ornaments and their lawns with inflatable Santas.
  • Before bringing out a birthday cake: Said cake will be decorated with frosting.

I might add that given that this is a Siri centric event, we'll finally see Siri brought to the Mac in OS X El Capitan. Apple always holds back a flagship feature at the initial OS introduction at WWDC and announces it at the Fall event just before its release.

After Wednesday's event, Siri will be across the entire Apple ecosystem from iOS to Watch OS to TV to OS X.
I think someone would have spotted that code within the El Cap beta by now... unless they already have and I missed it.

The biggest surprise will be when Schiller reveals the new Mac Pro 7,1 with 2 Cannonlake Xeons, 8 Pascal GPUS and 10 Thunderbolt 4 ports. Can't wait for the new 8K external display

The iPhone 6S should be pretty nice too...

All of these leaks and rumors have people assuming that they know what Apple has planned - then when that doesn't happen, it's Apple's fault.

I see new phones, Siri focus, new Apple TV, and new Watch info. Apple Music will play a big part - remember, those 3-month free trials are ending, so now's the time to renew interest with updates and new features. Sorry to disappoint, but I think that's driving the choice of venue more than potential new "oooh ahhh" secret products.

If Apple is coming out with an iPad Pro, I wouldn't announce it here; save that for October's typical iPad event. As for new Macs, I think they're waiting on Intel's ridiculous schedule - but they may tease new Pro and rMBP form factors (again, in Oct).

Of course, it's Apple. They love misdirection, and I'm sure they could do a better job with leaks if they really wanted to. So we'll see in a few days.

...I feel like you made some of those words up.

Yes. A MacRumors member since 2010 doesn't have his iPhone on him. Yup.

I was walking past there today and I saw a unicorn eating a bowl of cereal.

PS: Yes it did happen, if I had my phone I would have taken a video to counter the inevitable deniers.

Show some respect, please. I don't know why you feel that you have to discredit someone based on his/her notice. Do you feel that your self-concept is threatened? It's okay to have sceptical mind and to question claims. But please do this in a respectful manner.

If everything didn't leak everyone would be interested and the event would be a success.
Yeah. To be quite honest...I was hoping they would focus more on nMP...and I understand the chips take longer. However, looking back at steve's era...he was no pushover...he was on them to bring intel chips out...and fast...lol. correct me if i'm wrong...

The Apple TV app hasn't been updated for this event yet. It's still showing the WWDC schedule and workshop videos. Usually it has the current event and tells you to come back soon.

I was walking past there today and I saw the Apple hired goons roughing up a homeless person. The funniest thing was when a cop arrived and he basically ignored the homeless guy (who was most likely mentally ill) and just seemed to be telling off the hired goons (going by the finger jabbing).

Stay classy Apple!

In what universe is the background of this BLUE?

Well, this universe, I suppose.

It's not really open to debate.
