Can't innovate anymore my ass! This is revolutionary!

You bet - we all knew Angela "the empty skirt" Ahrendts would do something magical to earn the $26,000,000 she has been paid for 2015 alone !!!

p.s. - I'm sure Sir Johnny has received a big bonus for slimming down the name as well.

The Apple Store never really felt like a regular store. I see no problem with this change catching on, it's so easy to say "I just went to Apple and got this Macbook." Or "I'm going to Apple." People already do this.

Can't wait for Apple to open an Apple in this town...

The change makes a lot of sense when you think about it (and apparently some people are not bothering to actually think about it 😉).

Not only is it redundant to say "Store" after "Apple" when giving a shopping location (we know that it is not an Apple head office in a shopping center, obviously!). But it is also easier to remember and say with the word "Store" removed.

If you say you are going to the Walmart or Best Buy at a particular shopping center, do you say "I'm going to the Walmart Store" or "I'm going to the Best Buy Store"? Of course you don't!

Those people who are making fun of Apple dropping the word "Store" from their shopping locations, should start using the word "Store" after every store name they go to. They will then realize how foolish they sound if they tell people they are going to the "7-11 Store" or to the "Target Store". 😛

Why not The Apple Grove, Valley Apple Fair, Union Square Apple, Friendly Apple Center, The Apple Falls? 😀

Some stores will be great: Apple King of Prussia, Apple Valley Plaza, Apple Queens Center, Apple Station Park, Apple Cherry Creek.
