Will the Apple Fitness Plus+ have offline workouts for those who can download on Wi-Fi to take it on the go?
So sorry, I haven’t logged in for a while and missed your question!Any of you, have a recommendation of which one to buy n y? Preferably under 2.5k. Planning on getting a concept 2 rower when they become available in November but will like to add an elliptical too. Thanks for any suggestions!
Great question - I was wondering the exact same thing. The Hisense TV I have in my basement just got an update with AirPlay - I'd love if AirPlay were supported as no extra investment would be required on my part to get Apple Fitness running on my TV.Not everything I need to know: Is there any word on whether it works via AirPlay (e.g. to a smart TV with built-in AirPlay support)? Seems like it should, but maybe the latency is too high?
They did mention that multiple user support is not well... supported sadly. This I think is an easy feature for them to implement and should. My biggest remaining questions:
- Multiple user support. Letting two people seamlessly do a group exercise together would be a big plus.
- How often are new classes, and do you have access to all past classes? For example, if someone does a treadmill or yoga workout everyday, is the release cadence fast enough that they’re always seeing new content?
- Will this work on the Apple TV app that’s been filtering out to recent TV sets, or will it require AirPlay streaming from an iOS device?
I’m generally pretty excited about the service and can’t wait to try it out.
edit: It'd also be nice if there was an option to display the workout overlay on top of any playing video (or any app, really) when there's an active workout being tracked on the Watch. Lots of people watch TV/movies on their workout machines

Sucks I have to use this with AppleTV to get it on my big screen. Not even OSX?!
It’s another £100+ I need to shell out on equipment. Unless there’s a work around?
If you have an iPad there’s a way to get it onto the tv via hdmi
Been LOVING this new feature too! Three months in and nearly 35 lbs lighter since it launchedI've only done a few workouts but I'm loving it so far. If they keep updating it, this alone will make it worth what I'm paying for Apple One ❤️
