Hmmm, Can you explain that a bit further? I can't replicate that on my 3GS in iOS 4, though I only have the camera roll folder; I don't have any synced picture folders on there right now.

click on a photo and continue to hold your finger on the now selected photo, slide your finger around to select another photo release your finger to finish selecting the photos.

I try this and it only brings up the "copy" option....is there a video somewhere showing how this works? I can't get it to work on my iP4.:(

My sister is the only person with a movie icon on the facetime button, coincidently she is the only person I have face timed with....

Double check that...according to the phone guide, that icon only means that you have had a previous FaceTime call with that person....how would the phone know if they were currently on wifi anyway?

No idea this could be done, but in the camera roll when you have a thumbnail of a picture you can just press and hold it to copy, then obviously paste where ever

I've been away form this phone too long!

Triple-tap Toggles VoiceOver

I discovered a nifty feature to quickly turn on/off the voice-over function. It works great for having emails or texts read to you while driving, or if your eyes are getting worse like mine. In settings, go to accessibility and set "tripple-click home" to "Ask". Very handy.

See my attachment for the steps on how to delete multiple images.

yes i know but someone was saying how to do it some other way and people were getting confused.

i was aying that you could click and hold one picture and then slide your finger over another to select that one along with others just by sliding your finger, this can be done for copying or deleting pictures, or sharing however mail app limits you to five pictures.

Yes, but you have to tap

before you can select more than one picture.

Singnal Bars are bigger wirth Update

Anyone else notice that the signal bars are larger with the 4.0.1 update?? I guess this is to compensate for the more "accurate" signal strength.

I'm sorry, but it's because I think users were getting a bit confused.

Again, my apologies.

Thank you..that IS what was confusing.....just tapping on pictures does nothing (except bring up the "copy" option). I didn't realize there was an icon up there on the camera roll to do that.

When listening to a received or sent vm via mms it was white, now it is black. I find it a lot easier on the eyes.

Go ahead and feel bad for me too. I've owned three versions of the iPhone since its inception and only now have heard of this feature.

HOLY JUMPING RAPTOR CRAP. the double tapping the caps lock key just made my life 300x easier when it comes to texting. thanks guys.

This may already have been mentioned so apologies if it has:

I noticed today that when I pause my music using the button on my Apple in-ear headphones, the music doesn't stop abruptly like it used to. It does a very quick, and much less jarring, fade to silence instead.

I bet that has more to do with the better os or operating speed....my 3G was always very spotty and clunky with apps as well as music.
