Although Israel previously abolished the death penalty, this year, Israel brought back the death penalty, but only for Palestinians. That is a racist and apartheid policy. And Tim Cook is responsible for this acquisition happening shortly after Israel did that.
Cook is an apartheid profiteer and a genocide profiteer. History should always remember him as such. That should never be forgotten.
Cook’s supporters think apartheid and genocide is OK under the conditions that it results in a CEO fulfilling his “fiduciary duty” to shareholders. In other words, Cook’s supporters think a corporate CEO fulfilling his “fiduciary duty” to maximize profits for shareholders is a greater good than opposing apartheid and genocide.
Israel instituted the death penalty for terrorists who commit murder, thanks for clarifying that it is the Palestinians who are terrorists.

Israeli witness recounts seeing Palestinian civilians laugh as they raped a woman who they pulled out of a car. They then slaughtered her with a knife and continued to rape the dead body, laughing. These civilians then went on to find a couple running away and they butchered the couple with axes and knives. Palestinian civilians came prepared to butcher and torture Jews on October 7 prepared with axes and knives.

100% there is no genocide in Gaza. No eradication project. People confused about what the word means is culturally appalling and dangerous for the future of western society. The confusion has indeed been engineered by people know what they are doing. No genocide does not mean simply too much death and destruction in war. In a historic first, a Palestinian man has filed a formal complaint with the International Criminal Court demanding that 14 Hamas terrorists be investigated for war crimes committed against the Palestinian people in Gaza.
The 40-page submission marks the first time a Palestinian has sought ICC action against Hamas - despite the court charging Hamas leaders with crimes against Israelis during the war. To date, the ICC has not charged a single Hamas leader with crimes against civilians in Gaza.
The client, a Gazan who lost his wife, children, and other family members in the war, alleges Hamas' use of Palestinian civilians as human shields was “principally responsible for the high death toll and extensive destruction experienced in Gaza.”
