I also can't seem to upload photos to my MobileMe web gallery from my 2.0 (ahem) iPhone. Oh well. I am sure they are working on it :)

I am sorry, but anyone that doesn't call this a failure is just kidding themselves. The service comes up and BAM! It crashes. They bring it back up and BAM! It crashes. Lather, rinse, repeat...

I had to downgrade from Safari 4.0 DP to get clicks to respond. But Mail is working fine - just sent a test one.

Contacts are weird though - they're nothing like the ones on my address book, which I haven't changed since sync. No pictures, barely any contact details. Can't log in through System Prefs to resync either.

EDIT: Ok, the contact details have magically appeared for some people. The contacts page really needs some working on, though (in fact, the whole site's buggy and slow. Getting endless loading loops whenever anything changes). I also think they need more address and phone number formatting options - you can't lump us in to US/FR/DE/JP. It sucks for UK numbers, and sometimes you have international numbers.

Mail still won't work from the MobileME interface.
Galleries are inaccessible. Click the gallery's link and you get redirected to the highly annoying MobileME page on Apple.com

And ssssssllllllllllloooooooowwwwww

The fact that Exchange support works flawlessly for me takes a little bit of the sting out of this cluster-f of a launch. Seeing my work email on my iPhone after all this time waiting was worth the pain :)

Open the page in a new tab. That's what I do when it's not loading a page. Helps for Mail and the Gallery.

Oh, and trial accounts seem to have 20Gb storage. Keep it a secret, or they might notice :p

Stopped working again for me, although of note, it has never worked on Safari 4 DP, so for those of you with it installed, you should make sure that you give it a go on firefox before deciding it isn't working.

I suspect waiting until tomorrow will solve most of the 'heartache' that seems to be going around.

Does it really matter if you can't access your emails through a web interface for one day?

MobileMe Status Update
The MobileMe transition is underway but is taking longer than expected. Please refer to the official System Status to the right for current information on the availability of MobileMe services. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Boom! Down again :p

Managed to register at least, couldn't log in though.

Whoever wrote the "forgotten password" thing didn't quite think it through - it sends the reminder email to your @me.com address :D

Which would be fine if you have access to your email client. Would be problematic if you don't.
