I fixed my error 100 by quitting the App Store, deleting ~/Library/Caches/com.apple.appstore. Worked first time after that.

If you did the uptodate and got a redeem code - and it says its already been used, just go back out and click on Mountain Lion, and you'll see the Purchase icon has changed to a Download icon. the code was accepted so fast, that when you clicked submit, it tried to submit again, and I'm downloading now.

Careful with that. If your code was not accepted you will be charged $20 plus tax. I notice some don't care and are paying the $20. I too cheap to do that.

So somehow just managed to get it downloading here in the UK (London) so hopefully it starts spreading throughout Europe for you guys! Not sure if i did anything to get it working (trying logging out,closing iTunes and AppStore etc) but now its downloading
