Yup. Same here. Sent a message to the support email and waiting for a response. :/

Apple's reply to my support email about my already used code

I'm sorry to hear that, on redeeming the initial upgrade code you received, you were unable to proceed because an error indicated the code was invalid or had already been used. If your claim is accepted, a valid replacement code will be sent to you by email. There will be no need to submit a new claim. I apologize for any inconvenience in this regard.

Please let me know if you do not receive a replacement code within 5-7 business days, as I'll be happy to look into things further for you.

Been running the updates as well while downloading... seems they've just released a remote desktop client update as well!

Ahh so it was all working nicely, then it changed. Changed to this.. ;)

I'm sure we'll all get there eventually!

Copy via HDD rather than redownloading

This might be an incredibly silly question, but it is safe (as in, will the installation function correctly) if I copy the purchased app onto an external HDD and distribute it to the rest of my household computers, rather than having to redownload it a further 4 times on each computer?

(I'm assuming 1 purchase is licensed for use on up to 5 computers, like in Lion)

Thanks!

Finally got through :). This may be a noobish question but how do I check download progress?
