Thats fair enough, my original Apple leather case for my XS Max is open which I guess is for ultimate speaker sound, I don’t know if the Nodus pic was of the 12 Pro Max or an example but you would need to know what the 12 Pro Max Nodus looked like if you don’t like your bottom open, one would hope that picture was of it. My new 12 Pro Max arrives in about an hour so I can have a good look and test out the speakers, the new Apple case for it seems to cover the bottom so no idea how the sound gets out, I will report back. 👍
Gary from DPD is delivering between 11.30 and 12.30, I wonder how busy they are, they should get more in the van now the boxes are smaller with very little in them to sabe the environment, then we buy the missing parts from various other sellers meaning more vans and deliveries, a huge money making excuse of a scam that I am foolishly accepting, when will I learn it’s all about the 💰 with these jokers now 🙄
I don’t understand how at my local Apple Store (Bromley -U.K. ), the Baltic Blue wallet is showing as ‘Available for front store pick up today‘ but if I order the same one online, delivery shows as 14th December?
Surely if I order it online, they ship it from my local store no?

No it comes for a central warehouse. Online purchases and store purchases are completely different areas
I'm genuinely surprised by how strong (relatively speaking) the wallet is when it snaps in to place on the back of the case. I'm using it on an iPhone Mini with silicon case and its really good - I'd be amazed you didn't know you'd dislodged it when putting your phone in/out of your pocket.
Randomly checked the store app today and they had them in stock at my apple store. Picked up a saddle brown to go with my Baltic blue leather case. So far I like it. Magnet holds well enough and it looks sharp.
This. I cancelled my initial wallet order after those first videos came out. Glad I gave it a second chance. With my leather apple case the connection is strong. I really like it.
I get three cards in easy so I think two cards should be fine along with some bills.
I will just be paranoid all the time that it will come off. That is not a good feature to have. I have a poppy on order, but it will be going back. I have 2 MagSafe chargers unopened as well. After watching reviews they are equally worthless. Will sell them since I cannot return. Apple made some pretty bad decisions this cycle.

Have you tried the wallet on the leather case?
It’s proving to have a very strong attachment to me and I have to deliberately peer it off. Have never had it pop off accidentally.
I cancelled mine too but am glad I picked one up on a spur of the moment, it’s a neat idea which so far, seems to work well.
Just got mine today and this is my experience also. With the apple leather case it takes deliberate force to get it off. Even putting in a pocket I deliberately did it in a way to knock it off like in the videos and there was enough resistance I don’t see how you could knock it off without noticing.
But I took the case off and put it on the naked phone and it was a weaker hold like seen in the initial review videos. I don’t know if I would trust it on the naked phone. So the magnet in the case seems to provide some strength.
Luckily I love my leather case so the case/wallet combo is a winner for me. I already carried a minimalist wallet before so this is perfect for me.
picked up a Baltic blue leather case and black wallet, good quality piece. other than getting new accessories for my iPhone, I had a goal of reducing my wallet footprint by 10%, I seem to have done it.

I never forget my phone, but I do forget or lose my wallet on occasion. As my wife would attest, I am bad at leaving my wallet in my pants. Having my wallet connected to my phone helps solve that problem. Also I have already been scaling down what I carry. I rarely carry cash and the only cards I have to have on me are my driver license, CC, and ATM card. My insurance cards are digital, I only carry my corporate CC when traveling for business, and there is nothing else I need for daily use.
I did try wallet cases in the past, but I did not like the bulk they added. I like that this wallet can be removed when I am home.
