Apple Not Planning an iPhone 4 Recall

Yipes! I only have the signal loss and the proximity sensor issue. Guess I got lucky!
Doesn't matter what they say tomorrow - people will continue to bitch.

I must refer to the same response I gave to the Right Honourable Gentleman earlier:
"Two iPhones 4's most certainly DID get married ... and it cannot be denied that their Reception that evening was indeed terrible ... however they are now both of the mutual agreement that the reason for such disappointment could be solely attributed to the fact they had 'held it in the wrong place"
Moral: If you know of two iPhone 4's that are intending to tie the knot ... then please .. ask them to host their Reception in a more suitable location ... I think thats what this message is inferring ... ;-)

If there is not recall and fix, I will be returning the iphone 4's. The problems I've been having are just too annoying to live with. 
When do we begin the protest at the apple stores. I know some say return the phones, but what of the hundreds we have invested in apps we cannot use in OS X, or transfer/sell our licensees to.
We need to bring as much bad press on apple as possible for them to fix the issue or refund our money spent on apps we cannot use.
If apple screws us tomorrow, that day will be rembered as the day Android won.

Maybe they did narrow down the serial number range of phones that have issues since most people appear to have no problem, myself included. Would be good if they could just deal with the ones with issues.
It's a shame that this has been such a problem for some people, as this is a beautiful and functionally outstanding phone.

They do, those people can stop bitching and return it within the specified 30 days and get an android or BB!
Mobile phones are like computers now. We spend money on programs (apps) and develop ecosystems around them. Switching right now is no different than you finding out that every Macbook keyboard doesn't work properly. Would you switch to Windows, or demand a fix from Apple?

You are not required to have the phone. Return it and make a decision based on what fits your needs.

Well Mr Jobs did not foresee that there would be a problem even though he was told so.
hello??? (excuse the pun) but this was suppose to be a phone. you would expect that a AU$800 phone will not drop calls when other phones work fine. buying another phone instead of the iphone is not a valid response.
Except where the phone is unable to perform its primary function then it needs to be fixed......no excuse or workaround. Why release it on the first place if it is unable to work as a phone. Put it on a iPod Touch box in the stores and then it would be an amazing iPod.
Honestly this isn't a solution. I don't want some 3rd party device on my phone to make it work properly. I want the phone naked.
I will definitely return it if it gives me problems.

Not everybody wants a bumper case. I do not want to use any case at all with my new iPhone 4. Also the bumpers are crap.
Nobody should be forced to have a case on their phone. The phone should have been produced correctly in the first place.
