Just ordered mine from the ATT page....tried the apple store...FAIL....apple store app...FAIL....att.com???....SUCCESS!!!! IPHONE 4S 32GB (WHITE)!!!!!
 
The furthest I have gotten when choosing AT&T is the chance to pick my data plan. I chose o stick with my existing Unlimited Plan and the. It crapped out. It seems that AT&T's servers have only gotten worse since. That was almost an hour ago,
 
I keep getting to the ATT processing screen, the I get the "Your request couldn’t be processed.

on what site? Because AT&T has been crapping out for almost an hour and a half....and Apple runs smoothly until you choose AT&T....This has to be AT&T's fault.

I keep getting P1234 error messages saying they "can't support this request online". You gotta love AT&T:mad:

You would think they would move heaven and earth to make sure this was the best pre-order in Apple History in Honor of SJ - This is the worst - how many times do we have to go through this - And now we can't even email Steve to register our displeasure. Phooey.
 
Been with AT&T since iPhone1 and them having this awesome plan of ineligibility for me and I am sure others as well has me happy to say that today, I am glad to of made the move to Verizon :apple:

Friday is going to be awesome.

all I get is this red screen of death saying:

According to Apple's site, they're no longer taking iPhone orders. And AT&T is doing me any favors either. Meh. I guess I'll get one after Christmas.

Dang. Every time I try and log in to complete the order, the web page tells me they were unable to complete the request or the page just dies.

Same here... I am just going to bed, and trying in the morning again... If its meant to be I will get it, and if not I will get it later...

bummer.
 
I tried for an hour and a half on apple site no good. I went to AT&T's site and successfully placed an order on the first go, they whacked me an $18 upgrades fee, but I got the order thru for a white 64gb iPhone, try there if you are having no luck

I have same issue being a Premiere customer... What's worse is I called AT&T this afternoon and explicitly asked them if this would be a problem and they assured me that it would not be. #fail
 
AT&T is stupid

I FINALLY talked to an AT&T Business care person and they are unable to process over the phone or online right now due to their systems are updating. This is why for the past 1 hour and 45 minutes I've had problems. Obviously AT&T didn't think this whole upgrade thing through fully. The guy said it takes 3 hours and he said every night it comes up at 7:00AM Eastern. Thanks AT&T for letting me waste all this time when I could have been asleep!!!!
 
i took your guys advice to try at&t website, but it won't let me checkout with selecting unlimited data. unlimited date is the only reason I'm staying with at&t, if i have to give that up ill just switch to verizon.

Current shipment status for the phone says "Delivers on October 14th". Does that mean it will be shipped on 10/14, or arrive at 10/14?

Apple ships the products early with markings on the package saying "Do not deliver before 10/14/11". It will sit at the carrier awaiting final delivery for a few days, then be delivered on Friday.
