This is starting to look a bit more interesting depending on what you use. News+ having access to WSJ is not bad since the WSJ online subscription alone is $36/month. Need to check if it gives all access. If you can get it all for $29 for family with 2tb of storage (I pay $9.99) for that and Apple Music+ that sounds a good deal.

I'll be in for the Apple One Premier. Even better if it's Family Share.

I get that there are fitness apps that are free (at least initially) and all, but again, Apple wins for integration and privacy. The price is worth it.

Plus, I'll finally get Apple Music and have Apple TV+ for a decent price after my one-year free is up.

I came here to ask the same question. I'm guessing not which is a shame.

What am I missing? iTunes Match functionality is included with Apple Music. It's available separately at a cheaper price for those who don't need Apple Music capability, but I transitioned my whole iTunes Match library into Apple Music years ago with no problem and can still match stuff I ripped myself just fine.

The WSJ is full access in News+, but it can be a bit more difficult to navigate and find stories than the WSJ website would be. Just something to keep in mind.

Is the Premier for individual or Family?

Can I share with my family?
Open to read more about Can I share with my family?Close
If you have the Apple One Family or Premier plan, you can use Family Sharing to share all included Apple services with up to five other family members. And Apple TV+ and Apple Arcade always include Family Sharing, even in the Apple One Individual plan. Learn more about Family Sharing

The answer is all the way at the bottom in the Q&A section.

Premier is an easy call for me at that price. The iCloud storage is plenty, I already subscribe to Music, Apple TV+, News+ and Arcade. Except for Music, none of these are "great". But they are good enough to get my subscription dollars. Bundled at a lower price and this becomes an easy thing which I will never cancel. Amazon showed the way with "Prime" and Apple is copying it very nicely.

Doesn’t benefit me to upgrade to any of these plans. I paid for the annual subscription of Apple Arcade, which is $50 a year. I pay $5 for Individual Apple Music & Apple TV+ with the student discount; the rest of my family uses a mix of Spotify, pandora and Youtube Music, so no need to upgrade to a family plan for AM. I do pay for the 2TB iCloud storage already, which is $9.99. I don’t care for Apple News or fitness +. Combined, annually I’m looking at $230 with my current plan or $360 with the premier plan.

I’m glad this works for so many others, though. Once my student discount runs out, I am sure i will jump on one of these.

Premier is a no brainer for our family. We already pay for Apple Music, Apple TV+, and 200 GB of storage for $23 a month. For only seven dollars I get Apple news, Apple Arcade, 10x the storage, and Apple fitness plus? Yes please

I already pay more for Music, Storage, News, and Peloton monthly, so the Premium plan is a no brainer for me. Looking forward to this.

You are correct. If you have Apple Music you do not require a subscription to iTunes Match as it is included with Apple Music. Says right on the support page: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204146

I save tremendously... currently I pay for 2TB, Apple Music+ Family, and News+. I for sure planned on paying for Apple TV+ once my free year was up. All that cost $40 a month.

Now for $10 LESS, I get all of that + Apple Arcade & Apple Fitness+ ... that's an incredible deal. Paid for separately those would be $55 and you are getting it for $30. No brainer for me.

Yes, Apple Music does. Apple Music matches the songs in your iTunes library, and then uploads the ones it can’t match, just like iTunes Match. The only difference between the two is the additional 70 million songs you can stream with Apple Music. I’ve been using it for 5 years.

do the one bundles have annual billing options?

That's what I want to know. I'm guessing not since that wasn't announced, but one can always hope.

People with families are the big winners here. For individuals these plans are a lot less valuable, unless you were willing to pay for all of them separately.

I pay $99/year for Apple Music and 2.99 for 200GB. So none of the One bundles are enticing. Maybe once I need 2TB of storage or News+, TV+ or Fitness+ become compelling, but for now, nah.

Currently I’m at:
- Apple Music Student: $5 (Shared with my wife since we don’t listen at the sane time)
- iCloud storage: 2.99 for 200 GB. We have only used 80GB so far.

So $8 total.

I’m not the target audience here. Not interested in News, Arcade or TV+.

I’d do Fitness in a heart beat if there was an a la carte.

For a family already paying full price for all of the options in the Premier bundle, it's an attractive savings, as several have attested. Even if not inclined to opt for Fitness+, it would still amount to a $15 monthly savings (if I have my math correct). However, for those of us (and we are in this boat) who already get TV+ due to a prior promotion and who don't really care about Arcade or Fitness+, it's less attractive.

We pay $15 for Music Family, $10 for News+ and $1 for the lowest storage option. We'd be spending $4 more to add Fitness+ and Arcade, neither of which would get much use. I suppose bumping our cloud storage from the minimum 50Gbs to 2 TB might be useful if I decided to drop PCloud (would save $10 a month) - but I like PCloud and am not sure I want to move my cloud-based archives over to Apple.

If Apple were to offer a credit for the $5 we're already saving from the TV+ bundle, then it would be a heck of a deal. And we still might go for it - I will have to decide if its worth paying an extra $4 monthly for the cloud storage bump, because it sounds as if thats the one marginal advantage we'd gain.

We might not be a typical use case, I suppose.

Wow...maybe i’ve been out to lunch all this time....thanks for the info...now i may have a real excuse to just get apple music..

So what if I just want to keep my iCloud 50GB sub? Do I have to get the 15€? ?

Great deal for us. We pay $29.97 now for family music, News and TV+. Plus another $9.99 for 2TB storage.

With Premier we get Music, News, Arcade, Apple TV+, 2 TB of storage and Fitness Plus for only $29.99 per month.

So save $10 per month and gain Arcade, and Fitness+. Very nice deal for me.
