Yeah, I'm trying to figure out what the general route has been. Are phones departing directly from ZZ to Incheon or Anchorage? Or are they being transferred to HK first and then departing for Anchorage?

Just looked and today the exact phone I ordered is available for pickup at a nearby Apple Store. 😑 So glad I did the pre-order lol

I had the phone shipped to my work address. I got notice that the return box has been shipped. I’m hoping they sent that to my regular address on file and not work.
This one appears to be the best bet, unless it didn’t make it on the plane. So we are looking at a Thurs-Sat delivery, if lucky.
Unfortunately the days of this week from 23 to 26 are bad for me but Wednesday is terrible for me so if it comes then will have to have them hold it, or if I can choose a window will do seems sometimes you can do it. I had Friday 27 thru October 30 open but earlier is nice but my crazy schedule with family obligations to drive, pickup and such as a retired person (keeps me busier than when working) makes this week from 24-26th a bit of a hassel.

The lesson I'm taking from this is that if I can't get release day delivery online, I should just take my chances with one of the local Apple stores a day or two after release. My wife got an appointment to pick hers up at 11AM on Sunday and we got in and got her phone in under 15 minutes.
That only works if you have a nearby Apple Store. Mine are all 2 plus hours away from my location in Chicago and Indianapolis so a half day round trip to snag one, and I cannot just go in and hope they will have one so I am stuck preordering or waiting much later when it slows down and tracking works better due to the lighter load

Apple Store App says arriving Monday the 30th but UPS app says arriving Thursday 26th. Still in HK so im thinking Apples estimates are more accurate?

Yeah I’m taking the same lesson from this as well. Especially given that I live in the Atlanta area with multiple Apple Stores in reasonable driving distance - there’s no reason to deal with this UPS nonsense anymore.
I see that you were also in the second batch here for originally 9/27 to 10/1. Before you found at store as I recall. Interesting you have a 9/23 date (before the customs snafu in ZhengZhou)! I never got earlier than 9/26 estimate.
Mine is in the same batch. Maybe the 07:32 AM time is EST and not China time. UPS is slow in updating tracking. This batch of phones went from one China airport, to Korea then back to the same China airport before going to Hong Kong. What gives there? Hopefully over the Pacific now and headed for Alaska, then I assume Louisville, then mine to Dulles.
Sorta what I am guessing, our phones will be at Louisville sometime tomorrow and then split up and sent to our locations during day so the tentative 9/26 is looking likely to me as well

Oh, my delivery date says 9/26 but it says Exception at the top. 9/23 is the date for Louisville. Dunno if it's there or on the way. If they lost it I hope Apple will not charge me for the lost item.
I’m not very optimistic with this prediction, but maybe most of us will have our phones tomorrow. If UPS59 and UPS63 are carrying our phones to Anchorage right now, they might be scheduled to fly in to Louisville tonight (UPS has 6 different flights scheduled from Anchorage to Louisville tonight, and are expected to land between 1am and 2am Wednesday morning). If they can move quick enough, a lot of our local UPS distribution centers might have them tomorrow morning before the trucks go out to deliver.
