Yeah. As others have said it’s likely it has moved from there and the tracking info just hasn’t updated yet. But it’s been almost a full day, it would be nice for some sort of further info (especially a clear delivery date).
I don't think there is any error in updating tracking. It's apple purposely trying to hold it until 30th

That does not seem likely. When I look at UPS My Choice it still shows a (tentative) delivery date of the 26th. Not certain whether that will happen, but I see no reason to think they're going to deliberately sit on it until the 30th.

Where are you seeing the shipment release information? I was trying to find it to make sure it was turned on for me

I just spoke to Apple Support and was told that the Sept 30 date that's on Apple website is the accurate one. I'm not sure if it was just an uninformed customer support or they'd rather underestimate and overdeliver. Either way it made me a little sad :(

(I'm leaving for a trip on Sept 28th, coming back on Oct 5th so I'm extra frustrated by this experience)

I wish they wouldn't have sent me the tracking info at this point because I am sitting here constantly refreshing it hoping for movement and get disappointed every hour lol

Yeah I got the same treatment yesterday. Basically told me that it looks like the 30th but they could make no guarantee on dates and even the window is a given so essentially the dates they gave are useless overall. I was not happy yesterday when I was finished with the chat lol

All my order pages in apple store, as well as iOS apple store show 9/27 to 10/1. They are always behind UPS until the phones really get to Louisville Hub and the update info finally catches up. My UPS apps and login on website still say 9/26. I do not think you got good info

Well either you are not a My Choice customer which might explain or apple is not giving choice to you.
My delivery date on desktop apple.com shows Sept 30th, and the email said the same. Mobile app shows 9/27 to 10/1, UPS tentative Sept 26th. I'm still hoping for the 26th...

Definitely a My Choice customer, so either Apple isn't giving the option or no signature is required for mine. Guess I'll find out whenever it gets out of Hong Kong Purgatory

Yeah I saw that and corrected my response that is weird.

It’s accurate to the fact that it’s the latest 🍎 thought it would take to get to you. Once UPS has
the shipment they will deliver it as soon as possibl, that’s why UPS dates are real dates at this time...

Maybe I will join in on that Apple Lawsuit...I mean, I’ve been chewing my nails non-stop because of these phones and I demand compensation. At the very least, a decent case would be nice.

I was told the same thing...but on ups my choice it still says Thursday the 26th. I think they’re just being conservative.

FWIW I did submit my feedback to Apple Feedback. It might not mean much to them, but I felt better venting my frustrations on how pre-order doesn't make sense if you get it week(s) after everyone else who got it in the store (they're available in my local store but I'm on iUP).

Yeah I went and voiced myself rather vocally to the online representative. I said exactly the same thing. It doesn't make you feel like a very valued customer when you pre-ordered the phone and don't even get it till 2-3 weeks post launch. I could have walked into my local store and had one already 🤬

My case arrived Friday. My trade in box arrived today. This is all backwards! 😂

I’m expecting the phone on Monday and then I’ll have to decide if I want to keep it. The green is not looking good. Shoulda got silver again. Sigh.

I disagree I like the green by far the best. First time I actually bought a clear case to show off the color actually
