My Dutch bank ING has also made an update today.
In the release notes they make notice of a feature that already has been released in a precociously update.

The ING DIBA App in Germany also just got an update (which it does very rarely). No news on improvements regarding new features. Yet app updates to banking apps aren't needed (as far as I know) with regard to Apple Pay. That's completely decoupled from the separate banking apps.
Yeah but a friend of me also said that his Bankapp (Sparkasse in Austria) is also down. And thats a bit confused that so many Banks in Central Europe make an Update or they are down at the same Moment. Probably they have to do any modifications for Apple Pay?

More and more interesting things pop up why Apple Pay was „delayed“ until February.... (will post them probably over the weekend)....

And copy and paste IBAN numbers, as a new feature, included a instruction when you open the app.
That feature already excised for 2 months.

Netherlands was in development - alongside the german implementation. That I know for sure. I can‘t say anything about Poland,
It is rolling out „slowly“. My TV App came 2-3 days later after the launch in Canada...
The latest rumor, I heard, was that Austria will launch as well...
So it's Germany, Austria and the Netherlands. And maybe Poland, as it's been mentioned elsewhere. So Belgium and Luxemburg are left behind, as the only Western European nations, or am I missing a country now?
Norway, Czech Republic. Belgium and Luxembourg are in the final stages (last rumor). Might come with iOS 11.3.
