My QT is giving me a 404 Not Found now. Maybe it is just the page where the video will eventually be posted and we just found it quickly.

Oh, I see. Bummer. :( Try hiding it under the desk. Or better still, say you have to go to the restroom. That was always my excuse for any urgent business during a lesson.
It's kinda hard to do that in band, which is next. I have like 5 more minutes on here.

Still, would it not be easy to see if the boxes were, uh, iMac sized, iPod sized, or Nano sized???

I am just amazed things stay secret so well....

I'm pretty sure the box size is bigger than a Mini and smaller than at Mac Pro. And the price tag is $1499. (and it's not an iMac).

Should have skipped school today

I would have skipped school today or at least come down with some food poisoning at lunch. Where's your commitment!

Hmm.... Food poisoning at lunch. That won't help since it's at 12:45!!!!!

Whew!, just re-organised/tweaked & enhanced my entire iTunes library out of boredom. So we have live streaming? that'll be awesome. Again thanks to MR for the live update. You guys rock.

Think about it...

This isn't going to be a 'live stream'. Even the text says 'live-on-demand stream'. on-demand means you can watch it whenever you want. This is a stub for them to put the finished stream on once it's over.

Who found this link? It's not anywhere on the http://www.apple.com/quicktime/guide/appleevents/ page. So most likely someone ran into this link by mistake or was fed it by an insider, but it's not going to go live probably for at least an hour after the event is over.

That's my guess anyway, I could be wrong, but it doesn't feel like this link is going to work for a while.

Too bad. If memory serves the last event was quite late starting, so you may be able to catch up with the exciting stuff (the first 20 minutes will probably be about sales figures and the new iMac anyway). Good luck!

Link to stream

I found it by surfing their QuickTime site:
