Apple Product Update Tomorrow?

But its not like they are creating the pages while the site is down, I would guess all they have to do is put the new files on the web servers and test.

It will be iLife/iWork and maybe a discrete Database/Spreadsheet Software. I dunno. I however don't see them updating the shuffles....i mean what for?

Yeah but I'm guessing when they add products to the store they upload the new files and then test order every possibility so as to check for bugs. New iLife = new pages for loads of products and lots of configurations that need to be tested through the order process. Of course it doesn't take long to upload pre-designed pages, it just takes a while to test them so that the site is usable once up.

When you navigate to the store, you'll notice the iPhone tab is also missing, so I presume they'll be adding that in.
 
lol, or they could just have a test site server running :p.

swapping links only take 15 mins tops. no matter how many there are.

The Australian store doesn't have an iPhone tab - never did. It's only the US site that has any mention of the iPhone.
 
I <3 people with unrealistic expectations. Clovertown Mac Pros, widescreen iPod before iPhone, iPhone before June... it's like you guys WANT to be disappointed and set yourselves up for it! :rolleyes:

The zune pod. Fascia and software to turn your Zune into an Ipod. Maybe not would probably sell to 100% of zune owners so thats about 5 units. not worth the development money

I would be quite interested to know how much revenue Apple loses every minute the store is down. You always hear of ridiculous figures if Amazon goes down for a minute- what about Apple?
