The zune pod. Fascia and software to turn your Zune into an Ipod. Maybe not would probably sell to 100% of zune owners so thats about 5 units. not worth the development money

{shudders}

I still would be very surprised if they go quad yet in the Mac Pros. It would mean them having to give up their 3Ghz machine and as we all know, Apple have been going on about 3Ghz Power Macs for years and years!! Unless Apple have gotten hold of new, unreleased and unanounced 3Ghz Quad Core Xeon parts from Intel that nobody knows of then I'd expect a price drop on the Pros at best. Maybe new nVidia cards but I think that would be pushing it.

Like I said before, the most likely updates imo are iWork '07, iLife '07 and maybe a new iSight at a reduced cost. There may be price drops along the rest of the line and possible Core 2 Duo chips in the Mac Minis but that's all pushing it a bit.

Edit: Meh, colour shuffles. Like I would ever buy a shuffle anyway!!

It's new Ipod Shuffles in color

They just popped up in a load of the store, and then the store went back down.

What!!

Store Down. Crossing Fingers fro Dual Clovertown and 640 x 360 Widescreen 100GB Video iPod. :) 5:27AM

I am disapointed in you Multi Media. I have seen you on here before and always thought you had good things to say but you shock me with your blatent underestimation of the ipod. Like they are going to launch a video ipod under 720p duh. LOL

A 2 Core Quad Processor? The Winner Is Colored Shuffles

One of the things still sticking in my mind was the release of Intel's 2 core Quad processor the day before Mac World (January 8, 2007).

Intel Unveils Three More Quad-Core Processors

Is it possible we will see one of these today?
Doubtful. Last time I looked Quad core processors had 4 cores not 2.

I think you meant Core 2 Quad Sharon. :)

Would require a new class of Mac with a Conroe Motherboard. Many hope for such a model.

Colored Shuffles is the winner. Pink, Orange, Green, Blue, Silver all $79. Nothing else.

The Australian store doesn't have an iPhone tab - never did. It's only the US site that has any mention of the iPhone.

I meant on the US site... that's likely to go live first if it's stepped so that's where I am browsing. Besides, I'd never buy an Apple product in Australia when I can get one in Hong Kong minus the GST.

That's just the holding page. It hasn't been updated in years, hence the lack of an iPhone tab there.

Alright, but then why was it updated for other sections of the Apple site to have the iPhone tab, surely it would be a site wide feature (although it clearly isn't).

So, on the day that Vista busts on the scene, the best we can counter with is colored shuffles? Well, regardless, Apple would be out shadowed by the Microsoft blitz. So perhaps next week we'll have some more goodness. Clovertown perhaps to go with 10.4.9!!

Not so true, i noticed a couple of weeks ago when the UK store went down there had been a change in the main graphic.

Whenever i see the advert for the shuffle i am always on edge of buying one. I will have to go and see the new colours to see what they actually look like. The green one could be really nice.
