A few issues that I have encountered, the most serious in this Beta version is the broken Watch App. In the App (on iPhone) many complications have been removed from various watch faces, leaving blank areas on the watch face. This does translate to the watch as well. At the moment, this accounts for about 5 unusable watch faces.

Going on the iPad, will wait a bit before subjecting my iPhone to it.

They probably yanked it down to allow time for those that know what ‘beta’ means to define it to those that don’t know. For example “this is too early to be a public beta” is not a statement you make when you know what “beta” means. If it’s too early for any individual, that means it’s too early for that individual to be using a public beta :)

Pretty sure it was Tim who personally yanked it,
I concur. But still stable enough to open up their sample size and get more feedback. I feel that's where many early-adopters fail; they don't tend to use the Feedback app to report back bugs/issues they're having. Instead, they come to places like here and air their frustrations.

Apple do read forums and poll social media. Also they automatically receive performance data about how the Beta is running for you, unless you opted out. If 10,000 people are having issues with a run away process, they’ll know even without people using the feedback assistant.

Apple: Please don’t install this developer beta 2, wait for public beta!

Also Apple: meh lets make this build public beta..

Well I was able to get my really old SSD drive to work, but not my new 2TB Sandisk... weird...

Mine only showed iOS 12.4 PB 5. No iOS 13. Anyone else unable to get iOS 13 to show up?

Edit: never mind, I forgot I needed a new profile for iOS 13

Try setting the complications directly on the watch.

In all seriousness, safari loaded washingtonpost.com extremely fast On iPad Pro 12.9 3rd gen. I’m impressed with this beta so far.

Any of you photographers out there try using the iPad Pro with iPad OS utilizing the tablet/pencil edit function with their Mac and Photoshop (Wacom-style)?

This is what I'm anxiously waiting for.

Anyone having issues with creating an iMessage profile to share? Mine is erroring out saying that I have multiple phone numbers tied to my iCloud account. Which, technically is true, as I have iMessage sharing from multiple devices to my main device.

Downloaded and working great so far. Absolutely love the quick access. So nice to have that feature back, especially on third party apps like Waze and Pro Camera. It’s not as fast as 3D Touch but it’s close enough and comes with Haptic Feedback unlike the iPads so it feels much closer to 3D Touch. I forgot how nice it was to have those shortcuts. Dark mode is great as well and Photos is really nice.

I can tolerate any and all bugs - iPadOS has made Safari 100x more usable with the changes to request desktop browser and the ability to download to my iCloud Drive.

Installed on iPhone SE 64GB, most things seem to work smoothly for the first 20 minutes so far. Will return with updates...

Maybe someone can help. I’ve download the iPadOS profile which I was already part of from previous iOS betas. I’ve installed it, but, when the iPad restarts it’s still iOS 12.3.1. I’m have iPad Pro 10.5”

Any ideas on what I should do next? Thanks everyone.

Working great on my iPhone X and iPad Pro 1st gen. Apps work well, things are fluid and I’m digging the aesthetic. Little rough around the edges here or there such as graphic glitches and menus getting stuck, and safari locked up the first time I opened it on the iPhone. That’s all.

If you’ve installed the latest profile and restarted, go to settings, check for updates and install the beta.
