I don't know if this has happened to anyone else, but after updating to iOS 11.0.1 OTA, iCloud Music Library was turned off and now about 30 GB of downloaded music needs to be redownloaded. I was afraid the public release of iOS 11 would do that, but not a simple .0.1 update!!!

Edit: Unlocked iPhone 7 Plus 256 GB

I didn't really have any problems with 11.0 on my SE, just felt a touch slower to respond (partly the new opening animation I'm sure) but I'd say it now feels faster than it ever has with 11.1. No idea on battery life yet obviously...

Maybe I'll finally get the TV app? Amazing how it hasn't showed up for me yet (Canada). Likely due to having installed iOS11 through the Public Beta program.

I just updated and had 12% battery life go to 1% in less than 10 minutes of use most of it in low battery mode. I mean my 5S battery is pretty bad in general at this point but it was that bad. Very concerning.

Can anyone confirm if the music widget on the lock screen is fixed?? Mine is always glitching out when I have it plugged into my dock.

Today's update addresses several minor bugs that have been discovered following the release of the iOS 11 golden master. According to Apple's release notes the update includes bug fixes for iPhone and iPad.

iOS 11 is a major update to the iOS operating system with a redesigned Lock screen experience, a new customizable Control Center, a new Siri voice, a redesigned App Store, and an overhauled interface for the iPad. For more info on all the new features in iOS 11, check out our iOS 11 roundup.

Update: As noted by Ars Technica, iOS 11.0.1 appears to fix an Exchange e-mail server bug that prevented many users from sending email from Outlook, Office 365, and Exchange Server email accounts. In a support document covering the feature, Apple now says customers can fix the issue by updating to iOS 11.0.1.

Hopefully this fixes the Smart Keyboard bug which makes your keyboard not respond after unlocking the 10.5” iPad Pro.

I’m worried I’ve screwed my updates up by joining the beta programme.

I’ve deleted the profile but still not receiving the general release updates. Any suggestions?

Restart, have a drink, then install iOS 11.0.1!

One definite change for me was with respect to problems with my apple watch after the update to watchOS 4. After that, until today, the badges in activity app weren‘t updated correctly any more. Also, I never saw the fireworks like animation after closing all three rings on my watch.
Both glitches were fixed with iOS 11.0.1.

But perhaps both glitches would've been fixed with a reboot, too.

This patch also fixed my Activity Achievement Tracking history. iOS 11 was not successfully reporting my history with daily move streaks. It showed that my move streak ended when in fact it did not. Upon patching to 11.0.1, that fixed the issue and it retroactively credited me for the achievements that were missed (perfect walking week, exercise, etc) ....

A patch this fast is also a sign of a rushed os11 software release /poor QA...

I hear they ironed out all the bugs on iOS 7. You should stay there.

No software will EVER be bug free. Unless you do not implement new features or have a feature addition cycle of every decade.
