Not quite. (Plus there are iPads too.)
5 hours remaining... Cool
Nothing for me yet.
Have they expanded eSIM support to carriers so that we can actually use eSIM?
Apple have specifically stated that they provide a lead 1 ECG only targeted at a very specific and limited subset of heart problems and positioned for pre-diagnostic usage only, not to be treated as a full fledged medical device.
Got it downloading on the iPhone but are we getting it on the Apple Watch as well.
You know, if Apple provided an API for the haptic motor, we could race the XR around like a little remote control car.
It's more of a tool to say "hey, something "might" be wrong. go get it checked out asap!"
Tell me if I'm wrong but, ECG is not part of this update. It wasnt in the beta testing and will be part of the next round of beta updates.
So, no WatchOS 5.1.2 this time.
The cost, personnel, and wait time necessary for a 12 lead ECG means the vast majority of people on Earth will never receive one in their lifetimes. So to them, its completely useless.
You also missed the part where it was FDA cleared.
Not this time; and no ekg last time. Hell, it wasn’t even in the beta apparently. Why would it be coming in 5.1.2? Who even said it was?
Is watchOS 5.1.2 even out yet?
The XR has haptic touch whilst XS and X have 3D Touch
iPad already allows for long-press on notifications (which XR does not pre 12.1.1), but without haptics (which the XR will).
Downloaded, and the preparing update is taking a LONG time on an X.
It is though.
ECG is coming with the watchOS 5.1.2 update (whenever it's released to the public). It won't be available in any beta, only with the public release.
Mention of ECG IN health app on iOS 12.1.1.
Where you see that?
Remove the beta profile and the update will show up (at least it did for me).
build # please
I'm updating my 8 via itunes and it's been stuck on waiting for iphone for a LONG time. like long enough to get worried.
