13.1 is still nowhere close to 12.4. That WiFi/lte connectivity bug is very annoying and still not fixed.

That was a fine update, photos app on my Iphone 7 Plus is not crashing anymore.

This update fixed WiFi tethering on my new iPhone 11 Pro Max on Verizon, having upgraded from the XsMax.

I called Apple Tech support about the problem and instead of telling me there was a problem with 13.0 and tethering they wanted to troubleshoot.

I even explicitly asked the Apple Senior Advisor (2nd level tech support) if Apple had reported a bug in the 13.0 that would be fixed with 13.1 and he said he hadn't heard of any but he did not mention a log of reported problems which they should have had.

I waited for the update and it works.

Yes, delete the beta profile. That worked for me at least.

Couldn't see the update on my XS Max until I restarted my phone. If you can't see it, try that, and it should show up.

It is not same build, I'm on beta 4, removed my beta profile, restarted and updates appeared. Beta build was 17A5844a. This is a different build.

yep that works installing official 13.1 for now on iPad Pro its been ok for me. Will wait to get my 11 Pro Max before using on it. Still on 12.4.1 on my Xs

Can anyone tell me if iOS 13 is also for the iPod Touch? (Yes, I have one. Great for listening to music when mowing the lawn instead of lugging around my iPhone XS Max!) I've tried the update on several occasions and.... nothing.

Rebooted and the update showed up for my 11 Pro Max. Downloaded in about 10 seconds, and prepared for about 5 minutes. Installing now.
