Hmm. I wonder if with iTunes being deleted from the upcoming Mac update if iTunes will even allow an update for any iOS device to iOS 13. In the past, there is usually an update for iTunes at the same time as the release of an iOS.

I doubt it. You will still be able to update via Finder with the new MacOS.

Same here. Also an Xs. Been stuck there a long time now.

Edit. Scratch that. Eventually it progressed. It seemed stuck maybe 10 minutes.

Apple can bring him back anytime on my watch. Still liked his ios better than anything since. I mean I like the features that have been added but Forstall knew how to make an operating system intuitive, and easy to use. Miss this dude even if he may not have been the nicest. Neither was Jobs.

All done. Did the update without a hitch, and all seems well so far. (Iphone 7, Ontario Canada). Took about a half hour front to back--pretty quick, I thought.
