3d touch/long press app. it will basically open the Account view.

Alternatively tap on your Apple ID icon.

you have to tap on your user pic in the right upper corner and go from there.

I was prompted to update iTunes after it said iOS 13 was available. Now downloading iOS 13 via iTunes

It's not showing up in iTunes yet for me either. I prefer that method on the yearly iOS update.

Wow... downloaded OTA in about 4 minutes... Preparing update now.
I wasn't planning to upgrade based on the issues with the GM, but now I'm helping to QA an issue that arose with a third-party software installation. Thankfully, my 11 Pro Max arrives tomorrow if my 7 Plus is too unhappy with all this.

Weird. It should have asked to upgrade first. It said my reminders are shared with several device and to upgrade later or now.

I have the iOS 13.1 public beta installed. Removed the profile, but still no update available... Am I doing something wrong?

You're better off waiting the 11 days for iOS 13.1 to come out. Unless you like running beta quality software.

Unfortunately, if you're one of those getting a new Apple Watch tomorrow, watchOS 6 won't work with iOS 12, requires iOS 13 (and the new watches will come with watchOS 6), so the choices are, update to 13, or leave the Apple Watch untouched for a week waiting for 13.1.
