I noticed this too. I compared my 13 Pro with my wife's Note 20 Ultra since they both share the same display. Note 20 Ultra didn't suffer from this issue when displaying the same image. It seems Apple's programming on refresh rate winding down is too aggressive.
That issue does appear to not affect everyone. I am one of those that can't seem to reproduce this issue. When the scrolling slows down is just as smooth. Can someone post a video showing this issue.

Hope this fixes the issue with Ethernet to iPhone lightning adapters like this not working on iOS 15, this is what’s stopping me updating from 14.8.

I'm not. I wouldn't expect it for another, oh, 2-4 weeks. These are focused bugfixes knocking down particular problems that they feel are urgent enough to warrant handling ahead of 15.1 (that doesn't mean that the ones in 15.0.1 and 15.0.2 are the only such - there may be more to come). 15.1 will address a large variety of problems, and will require a lot more testing before it's released.
So I have been talking to Apple engineers for a week about phone not showing correct storage - still not fixed.

Is anyone still having issues with a leather case and the MagSafe wallet? After 15.0.1, my wallet stopped notifying me when detached from the Apple leather case. Works as expected with the wallet directly on the phone - 15.0.2 update seemed to do nothing for me. Same behavior as before….

I have updated a 9.7 iPad Pro to 1.01 as well as a brand new iPad 6 Mini and an SE2 Phone and a 12 Pro Max. All seemed to work great. The iPad Pro 9.7 is updating to 15.02 right now and seems to be working.
Sadly have been unable to download 15.01 on the 10.5 iPad Pro. Seems to be a thing as it is reported all over the Internets including Apple Support, just can't get it to download on the 10.5

So how's that new software development process working out?

It's funny, I have found all releases to be stable and virtually bug-free until iOS 15. It's kind of a mess. No real excuse for it especially since it's not like there are a ton of new features over iOS 14...many of the changes feel like they happened just for the sake of it.

Wonder if anything has actually been fixed this time, App Store update page hanging, safari slowdowns, storage bug, mail badge bug, Face ID lag on iPhone 13 Pro Max, restarting your device causing battery percentage not to move and so on. 🤦‍♂️😡

Feels like I'm using android. 🤦‍♂️

So many bugs. But hopefully Apple is working on fixing them. There’s hope

Working at home cause of corona virus is the reason
I mean…..there’s little oversight of people at home which is why millions are pushing back against going back in. It has little to do with anything else. Anyone saying otherwise is probably lying. I’ve talked to people in various industries who absolutely love working half the hours for full pay.
