Apple Releases iOS 5 Beta 2 to Developers

All you would have to do is check the album that you want in your itunes library then sync. Not having to plug in your phone everytime you want to sync new music is awesome.
But also if the album is already backed up into iCloud you could just go into music app on your phone and it should be there afaik.

When I visit a website with a video clip in it and click on the iOS big round play button, it goes full screen to the video clip and begins at the very beginning of the clip (as it should), but with NO controls available.
I cannot pause, forward, rewind, or scrub video. YouTube on the other hand has no issue. If i load up the standalone YouTube app (not visiting youtube.com web app), the video and audio controls appear the moment I load up a new clip as it always does (the placeholder controls while your video appears).
No video or audio controls when viewing streaming video on my iPhone 4 folks. iPad 1 is not affected.
Particularly nasty bug if you ask me.
Can someone please help me? I'm locked out of my phone right now. Even after shutting off and restarting the phone, at the home screen when I triple click the home button to activate the voice over feature, pressing the emergency button doesn't do anything. All it does is just get the voice over feature to just say out emergency button. No matter how many times I press it, it doesn't do anything. iTunes is still telling me that it can't activate the phone. What can I do guys? I'm really stuck!
Anyone else run into this? I had an app in the backup that is no longer in the App Store, I can't delete it from the backup in iCloud because its greyed out (other apps I could delete from backup). I can't not make it try to restore and it can't complete, I see the app and know which one it was but it won't install it.
I tried deleting the entire iCloud backup since everything else had restored fine but it isn't recognized in iTunes, if I turn iCloud backup back on it says "Cannot back up because this iPad is being restored" so it seems to think it's still going.
Any ideas?

Apple doesn't have to support it. Perhaps instead of being a know it all, you should do as my post said and actually Google it.
Additionally, if you had done your research before commenting, you would know that Apple recently changed their policy about apps developed without official Apple tools.
Another thing that has bugged me regarding the accounts, I owned an iPhone before i owned a Mac so isetup my Apple ID with my Gmail account which was fine, When i bought a Mac i paid for MobileMe because i loved the idea behind it and now have my own @me.com email address but guess what ??? you can't change from the gmail email address to the new me address as it says this account has already been setup !!! and they won't allow you to transfer your purchases across to the me account, I think this is something they should look at

All we're discussing is that wireless syncing isn't so great when ultimately you still have to plug your phone in to charge it. In my case, I tended to plug my phone in TO CHARGE IT every other night, at which point it would also sync. Having wireless sync doesn't now mean I don't still have to plug it in every night so nothing changes for me. The only real advantages are that my sync will not not be up to 36 hours out of date and I can plug in to a socket rather than my Mac, neither of which are of any real benefit to me.

So, what other electronic devices do you have in your house that have a perpetual motion machine powering them?
Beta 2 is amazing on both my iPhone 4 and iPad 2. Important to follow the release notes and update each piece of software in the correct order. Mac first to 10.6.8. Then backup device to iTunes beta 1. Update iTunes to beta 2. Connect each device and restore to install iOS 5 beta 2. You might get an error message saying can't sync. Ignore. Update devices to beta 2. Then restore last backup.
For each device after fully restored while connected tick in iTunes enable wireless sync. Disconnect device. Reboot mac. Open iTunes connect any other device. Repeat.
Now warm reboot iPhone or iPad. Turn on and off.
FaceTime is disabled in this beta so it won't work.
With calendars flick to shown none and then all if any issues. Same idea in settings for anything else not working. Disable and re enable.
For information this beta is working like a charm on iPad 2 and iPhone 4. Most of beta 1 bugs have gone. No crashes yet.

Pay attention. The reason this came up is someone was whining that apple isn't yet providing beta support for windows wifi synching. My point was that the beta is for developers and developers are supposed to be using macs so there is no need for apple to spend resources yet on supplying iTunes betas with wifi sync for windows.
Then adobe was raised. My point is apple is not going to spend resources to help them.
The conversation has nothing to do with whether there is some way to make ios apps on windows - the issue is whether apple cares enough about the small number of ios developers without macs to spend effort preparing fully functional iTunes betas for them right now.
Weird because this isn't what Im getting. I know what you mean when a video is embedded. I played a couple last night. And I could navigate the video while it was playing and while it was loading etc. But as soon as the video finished I had no control. I could still rotate the phone like normal from portrait to landscape etc but when i tried to get to the Done button to close it it wasn't possible. The only option was to press Home and then then double tap and close Safari. When I relaunched it would take me to the original web page without the video playing.
Remember this is only how it is in Beta - Apple don't want people transferring or converting their 'real' MM accounts to iCloud at this stage, they've already said that Beta iCloud accounts will get wiped from time to time. Just because you can't do something now doesn't mean you won't be able to in Autumn.

Anyone having an issue where the popup video controls in Safari don't show up? For example, go to a YouTube video and tap on the video when it's playing...no controls?

Sorry i was going off topic slightly what i was meaning when i setup my iphone i purchased all my apps and music under my gmail account, now i have a mac and a mobileme account (and icloud very soon) they won't allow me to change over to my apple related email address as it says account already in use, i hope this makes better sense now
You have answered your own question here !!! You obviously aren't part of the developer program or if you are you haven't setup a certificate for your iPhone on your mac
