You need to use tinyumbrella to uncheck "set hosts to cydia" exit. and restart iTunes. it worked for me on my bad esn verizon iPhone.

see my above post.
Yes that plan is gone.
With only 8 minutes to go, I got an error message and had to start over. So frustrating.
Try to do restore instead of update.
oh didn't realize you were talking about configuring it still. did you download the last os x as well?
Is it me or can you simple not put the newsstand app into a folder.
It straight up refuse to let me make a folder or be put in one. It just tries to move things over.
every other one works fine.
I've been using the developer beta of iOS5. Does anybody know how I can upgrade to the production version? When I click upgrade in iTunes it doesn't detect a newer version.

Great! My iPhone has been connected for hours now, just waiting to download.
I really hope iOS 5 works OK with my 3GS![]()
I get the same message with both restore and update. Dunno what else to do. I'm downloading the ipsw using the direct download links now. Maybe that'll make a difference?
Um... why won't iOS 5 allow you to place the newsstand app in a folder? I don't want it at all seeing as I'm not subscribed to anything, but I'd at least like to place it out of sight in a folder. What's up with this? Anyone else notice this?
Newsstand is a folder, so it isn't you.
