Well when I got to the app store, go to updates and click on "PURCHASED" it still crashes the app store.

This has been since day 1 with iOS 6. Not sure if it's something that needs to be fixed on the server side or the OS side, but I am shocked they didn't fix it.

Anyone else having to activate your iPhone every time you swap SIM cards? Any chance that this update fixes that?

Where's my music?

I updated. But now my music is gone.

Any remedies I should try before pulling my hair out?

For every bug fix listed in the "press release" there could be 20 not listed. I know that this release contains two bug fixes which I had bug reports on - but they are not interesting enough to put in a press release. I can't share details due to NDA, however it is safe to assume that if I know of a couple, that there are probably hundreds of others as well...

Lots of bugs are just not exciting and therefore just get fixed and released in updates.

So you're claiming apple had you sign a non disclosure agreement?

Ok, it has to be an issue with FB. I have 2 accounts. One works, the other causes FB to crash.

Whatever. The point I was trying to make is that after it crashes it's still in the tray.

gotta love it when some nerd with a bad hair day comes and attacks innocent posts in a desperate attempt to make himself feel better huh :p

Same here.

App Store -> Genius -> CRASH

App Store -> Updates -> Purchased -> CRASH

It's the same in 6.0.1 as it was in 6.0. The App Store crash is 100% reproducible.

On the bright side, Facebook still works for me.

I think this thread title needs to be renamed to something with the word Facebook in it

They should really tell users to update through iTunes. If you can't do updates over the air with the iPhone 5 how do they expect you to update directly from your device? Anyone else seeing this....

haven't updated my iPhone 5 yet and i've been able to check facebook all day without any crashes. so it's either the update or an issue specific to certain accounts only, or both.
