iOS6, overall very nice.

But as many testers pointed out: Google Maps and StreetView seem to be more useful (especially outside the US) and with more detailed maps and info than Apple's Flyover.

Any feedback? I will probably refrain from upgrading until Google releases a stand-alone Maps app for iOS6.

(And it may well be that Apple takes its time to approve it...)

True but Google was never going to upgrade the Map on the iPhone, now that they have to compete like everyone else on the iphone you know they are going to put effort back into their map programs. Its just how the beast works.

Just give it time. My iPad 2 just finished now.

New Maps are really, really bad. I can't emphasize that enough. They couldn't even find route from my place to another city. "No Route Found". I'm praying for Google Maps to return. Plus the colors look like ass.

Blue progress bar has just the tiniest bit to go and it says preparing update, no estimated time remaining, and it hasn't moved in about 10 min. Started at 12:05 CST.

It just now finished installing. The first thing I'm going to do is try out the new Maps app and see if it's truly as wonderful or as horrible as people are making it out to be.

Why does Pause All and Resume All not perform the function of pausing and resuming a download?

Resume All needs to be relabeled as, Start Over From The Beginning.

Just downloaded iOS 6... and the only thing i dislike is the new search function in the App Store.

Bad move Apple, bad move.

Also...there's nothing in Passbook and when i click on the App Store button it connects me to an empty page and says "Cannot connect to iTunes". Anyone else having this issue?
