You aren't impressed that features that weren't going to be in this update aren't actually in the update? Doesn't seem surprising, and not really what people would have expected anyway.

Location Services Arrow
After updating to 7.1, the location services outlined arrow appears and doesn't disappear. After going to privacy settings, the Apple Store app is using location services even though I'm not near a store.
Shouldn't this automatically go away or do I need to turn this off manually?

Kudos to Apple, both downloads on my iPad 2 and Air were real speedy with no interruptions. I like this update for my iPad 2. It's made it a hell of a lot snappier. On the Air it definitely speeds things up, the animations especially when doing a 4 finger close has a nice fluid animation.
Although I still get a few stutters and judders on my Air UI especially when performing a usage look. The drop down menu still is not as fluid as my iPad 2.

7.1 update not showing up on my iPad
Sorry if this question sounds dumb, but 7.1 isn't showing up on my iPad 4. I never installed 7.0.6 since it seemed it was a major pain for some. Do I need to install it or will 7.1 show up on it's own?

I like the new shift/caps lock key. Also, they did something to the keyboard. The text seems just ever so slightly thicker.
Yeah, did this get moved somewhere else? This was the main thing I was looking forward to in this release...No dark keyboard option?
It is a selling phrase at this point. And if some buy iOS products based on that ability, Apple accomplished its goal, in my opinion.
Apple.com doesn't crash anymore when fast scrolling the store.

It was more transparent before. Now its black with the same animation. Its like how it is on iPhone 4, just on all the devices. Most won't notice if you use a dark background.
