Looks like you can't disable the parallax effect without turning off the zooming effect as well.

They changed the 5 finger close app gesture on the iPad since the betas. Much better than 7.0.X but I think I like beta 1-5's gesture better.

Apple TV update adds the ability to hide apps from the main menu by pressing play/pause when you hold down select for the app to wiggle. Also, it adds a "Main Menu" option in settings to toggle apps on and off

Another iOS upgrade turned on bluetooth on all my devices (when it was previously disabled). You might want to check that if you're upgrading and don't want bluetooth active.

Downloaded in about a minute, but still sat on "Preparing Update..." :p hopefully these iPhone 4 improvements are very noticeable which will help my other half's speed issues.

Looks like the Reloading Problem of Safari has been fixed... Can open 8 tabs on my Air and there isn't anymore reloading whereas before 2 to 3 tabs were the maximum.

Downloading...

iPhone 5. iOS 7.1 is smooth as all hell. Absolutely no lag whatsoever I also like how the greens are toned down a bit. Apps close really, really, really fast now.

I hope you're right!!! I'm just wondering why people are downloading this and are surprised by how the UI looks . I usually research the betas before I download so I'll know what to expect, just saying.

Will I need the same amount of space (2.5 GB) on my phone if I download the update to iTunes and update via a cable instead of Over-the-Air?

Thanks

Multi-tasking gestures are much faster with 7.1 and even more fluid then in iOS 6 believe it or not. My iPhone 4 is updating but it has been "Preparing Update" for 13 or so minutes.
