I was hoping they'd fix the bug in iOS iCloud Tabs when after you swipe to delete a safari page open on another device that they linger until you relaunch the app. It was working pre iOS 8.1 so hopefully 8.2 will fix it

Yep, same problem here. When I press delete nothing happens. Like you said this was working when 8.0 came out but broke along the lines of 8.1.
Some users mentioned that for them it works not for me tho. Not a big deal but that's a basic feature bug that you would expect to have been fixed by now.

Whutchutalkinbout?

Held an icon to jiggle. x's appeared. swiped left and right across my three screens... No lag. Did I do it like you're talking about?

iphone 5c

yes , thank you and sry for my en :|

Uh-oh .... Spoke too soon.

On an iPad Mini [2012], the PODCASTS app stops playing when you close it to go to the homescreen.
Have to call up Control Panel and tap the play arrow to get it going again. *sigh*

Anyone else experiencing this?

For as powerful as the new iPad Air 2 is, Safari is still a piece of crap on it. I'm getting really annoyed with the black delayed display scrolling issue that always pops up after extended browsing sessions.

People were complaining about Safari reloading with 1G... When I think it was ALWAYS Safari itself the issue, not overall system memory.

Bluetooth Pairing Issue

Prior to updating to 8.1.3, bluetooth paired flawlessly with car microphone and MBA (which I also updated yesterday). After update, I can't get bluetooth to pair with anything on my iPhone 6. I have tried turning devices off and back on numerous times.....still no luck.

Anyone else having this problem after update??

No works flawlessly in both my cars and with my MBA including handoff...Actually on a call now :)

For those iPhone 6 plus owners with 800+ apps installed:
8.1.3 may have fixed the Springboard crashing problems.
I can now use standard screen mode as well as zoomed,
and I can change wallpapers without crashing.
Finally!

Why pair iPhone to MBA on Bluetooth?

My battery life is crap otherwise...

Even if you're not using VOIP? I've never used VOIP on FB, but never disabled it and I unplug at 5am, still got 50% when I go to bed at 11pm

Why pair iPhone to MBA on Bluetooth?

Some continuity features require bluetooth connection. For example, if you are in the middle of an email on your phone and want to finish it on your Mac. Or you are reviewing a webpage in safari and want to pick it up on your Mac.

Edit: Wait....I must be confused.....Suddenly, the continuity feature is working again, but it hasn't been functioning all morning. Nevertheless, system preferences says I am not connected to my iPhone. Yep, I am confused. I will try again with my car mic to see if it pairs up again with my phone....wasn't working this morning for the drive into work.

Strictly speaking you don't pair it for that, I found that when you pair it that doesn't work. Or at least that is my experience.

Those mysteries are part of the Bluetooth spec :) sometimes my car system does some weird and wonderful things.

Anyone with iPhone 5 to contribute how their phone runs?

I don't notice any difference from 8.1.2

Interestingly, this update freed up 100MB of space on my phone. Thats pretty cool. I had 1.2GB free space with 8.1.2, now 1.3GB on 8.1.3 - didn't do anything except perform an update

So, for iPhone 5 folks this is what I've notice:

+Nothing changed performance wise as far as I've notice, overall the same as before (not as good as 8.1 and before though)

+ Freed up space

- Battery draining faster than it was on 8.1.2, its gone down from 61% to 46% since I updated the phone all I've done is send texts and some light internet surfing

- iCal glitches everywhere still.

All I've noticed so far. Not a fan of the weak battery life, but I am a fan of the extra space...

You don't pair the iPhone to the Mac via Bluetooth for continuity tho. They connect automatically. They just have to be on same wifi network. If you pair them, that's going to cause issues.

I'm not talking about refreshing the whole page. Yes that was annoying and happens less now. I'm talking about scrolling through a page and as you scroll up the new content is black for a second and then magically shows.

I have to close Safari, kill the process and it seems to fix it for a while. Sometimes it requires a complete reboot of my iPad Air 2.

This could be new, but if you open the camera roll to see any photos you may have taken, you'll now see an "All Photos" in the upper corner which will take you to the Photos app.

The system update will free up a lot of space because it clears out the system caches. These will build back up over time, so your normal free space might not change that much after you've used the phone for a while. A hard reset will also free up storage space (though not as much as an OS update).

After I did the update, my free space increased from 5.4 GB to 6.0 GB. A little more space freed up than normal for an iOS update on my phone, but nothing out of the ordinary.

If you restore from a backup, that will clear out a lot of the app caches. If you have a lot of apps that you haven't used in a while, you could also see a lot space freed up. As with the system caches, the app caches will build back up as you use the apps.

More permanent free space gets cleared out if you restore your device as new. A lot of garbage data from botched app and media downloads or other failed operations will build up over time. Restoring the device as new is the only way to clear out a lot of this cruft. On one occasion, I purged 3 GB of junk files by restoring the device as new, and then restoring my apps and data from a backup.

I'm using iPhone 5,
The only thing I've noticed is that I have music playing through my headphones, then made a call and I could still hear the music playing (more softly though) I want into the music app and was able to stop the music, but still in the past the music has auto paused/stopped when I make/take a phone call.

Is anyone else having Bluetooth connectivity issues? My bluetooth headphones which were working perfectly on 8.1.2 are now constantly losing connection with my iPhone 6 running 8.1.3. The same issue I was having before 8.1.2.
