I'll be really surprised if this update and the Apple Pay launch don't go smoothly because so much is riding on consumer confidence and whether people will feel safe using it. I feel safe using Apple Pay - more than with a regular credit card transaction because it's almost like cutting up your credit card and getting a new number issued every time you use it.

I'd be interested to see the revenue numbers for McDonald's, Walgreens, and Panera today. It will be interesting to see if there's a spike within the next hour or two.

Finished installing.
Not sure what bugs to search for, cause i didn't had any on 8.0.2

I for sure Thought that one would be the quickest to snag 8.1.

"Preparing Update..." is taking forever.

The download took like 20 seconds. The update has been "preparing" for the past 10 minutes and still has about 20% to go according to the progress bar, which isn't moving. The phone is getting warm though, so it must be doing something.
