Anyone that has a Pioneer head unit capable of CarPlay...please let me know if this works.

Wireless CarPlay will not be supported on any of Pioneer's current units - it requires Wi-Fi to work, which the Pioneer units do not have. Alpine's one CarPlay-compatible unit does have a Wi-Fi chip in it, their support people have confirmed an update is coming, but it has not been released yet.

5s and iPad 2 installed in 15 minutes. First impressions iOS 8.3 > iOS 7.1.2 on iPad 2.

Whatever little rough edges were present seems to have been smoothed out. Even the copy/paste function seems to be working.

T-Mobile users will also get a Carrier Update to 19.1. Make sure you go to General > About and wait a few seconds to be prompted to update them.

Once again, it re-arranges my photos. Puts in an album that says events from my mac (which I imported my library from iPhoto) even though my albums were manually dragged out from there. It also puts deleted items way at the bottom. There is no events from my Mac in Photos anymore. I have to uncheck photos in iTunes and check it again to get it right. Just weird. Each iOS update changes it.

Please tell me that this fixes the 3rd party keyboard issue.... also the keyboard disappearing in Spotlight search.
And the many other bugs with this iOS.

And I'll hope, again, that this fixes all the ***** wrong with the Apple TV and AirPlay.

And it will fix nothing.

Specifically says it's improved 3rd-party keyboard support. I've decided to leave mine (Minuum) on as a sole keyboard to see if it holds up.

Anyone else not seeing the new option to force a password for free apps?

They say it's supposed to be in the iTunes & App Store setting called Password Settings.

I don't see it.

It appears when you turn off use of Touch ID for the iTunes & App Store

I've had that happen in the past after updates. Usually you have to fully power down the device then power it back up. Should be back at full speed after that.
Tried that, same thing. Also my touch ID on both iphone and ipad are very slow now.

Moar Emojis!

Glad to see Apple is focusing on what really matters - politically correct emojis. Turns out Apple has no love for gingers, apparently.

No need to fix or update Apple maps POIs and location data to make them more accurate.

No need to fix wi-fi for WPA2 Enterprise.

But at least we have skin-tone sensitive emojis! And animated landmarks in maps!

*flaming sarcasm*

How do you download more RAM?

Glassed Silver:mac

They can manage the memory more efficiently across all apps, so that there is more available for Safari tabs. Or, save a temporary copy of the page on local storage so that it doesn't get wiped out if it was in memory.

My iPhone 5S, which is still using iOS 8.0, is only coming up with the 8.2 update, and not the 8.3.

Why?

Wireless CarPlay will be big. Now I just need to wait until there is a car that is compatible. 2018? Maybe?
