I'm really not a radio listener. I usually hate stuff that other people make me listen based on their tastes. But the stuff I am discovering with Apple Music now by listening to some stations... wow! Now it's Trev Lukather, "Look At You Now". Another song saved in my "New Discoveries" playlist. Never would have stumbled across stuff like this otherwise.

Perhaps I'm just old. It used to be that I was hanging out with friends, and someone always brought in a new album, and everyone got hooked on it. I don't have that anymore, but Apple Music brings back that feeling for me. I was never on Spotify but on Napster, and hell, that was such a bland experience compared to this.

I might be missing something but why is so much missing from the iPad version? On my iPhone it has a "you" section with playlists made for your likes. Why is that not showing in the iPad? Also it shows radio but not apple music...

Wow, this is worse than I expected. I started out with a screen showing all my purchased music over the years but now I can't find that screen again.

I followed a bunch of artists, yet I can't seem to get back to those artists at all because I did not save an album at the same time.

I'd say 1/5 of my Spotify library isn't available. Mostly indie artists of course, but also extremely strange omissions like the remastered version of Pretty Hate Machine by NIN. When you can't get your own creative director's full library, that's just disappointing. Obviously no Tool, but also most of Puscifer is missing, whereas Spotify has all of their stuff.

I'm also really missing the "related artists" that Spotify has... It's a very natural way to discover new music, whereas the discovery stuff in Apple Music seems like I'll have to train the heck out of it.

Are the interviews and sessions on Beat 1 recorded and accessible somewhere if you didn't catch them live ?

and how do I access Beats 1/Apple Music on OS X (Mac Itunes). I dont see it. Is it just a mobile roll out for now ?

So far, you can't access it on anything but a device running iOS 8.4.

Are radio stations working for anyone (other than beats1) ? I'm not getting anything other than an error? Do you have to be a subscriber to get radio stations ?

umm it's in Apple Music

click on the artist name on their pages (right above follow make sure it's on the name of the band)

How do you tailor the radio stations to your tastes? There is a heart button if you like something but where is the old option for never play this again? Is a skip considered not liking something? Because there are instances where I skip something I like because I've already heard it recently.

LOL I'll admit I'm one of the complainers. Thats mainly cause of the fact that everything digital is in my iTunes. I use iTunes on my computer 1000% more them on my phone. iTunes on my computer is WAY more important to me then iOS 8.4.

Working here in USA but can't find a way to delete a created station from artist.

I cant even get the app to show anything related to my <3 and I have given a lot of <3 out.. sooooo annoying.

I think the problem most people are having with the selection of the music itself on Beats 1 is it's very eclectic and not one genre. That is what I think makes this station even better.

In the first few hours alone I've discovered new music from different genres I've never heard before that is fantastic. Created a "Discovered on Beats1" playlist. Adding all new tracks found to it.

So far Zane and Julie have been a pleasure to listen to. Refreshing voices. Their voiceovers are minimal, just what you would expect from a radio DJ. I think most of the complaints in this regard (I'm going to sound old here) are millennials just not being used to terrestrial radio. I kind of feel like it's handing a 15 year old a walkman and saying enjoy!

There is a "star", and when you press that, it will give you a "Play more like this" and "Play less like this" option. That's not quite what you are asking for, but at least it sends a message to the curation algorithm. ;)

Yes, I checked out the Dance and Electronic stations and they were fine. Tried force closing the Music app or restarting your iPhone?

Yeah tried that it's same on my iPad Air 3 and iPhone 6+

It plays bbc world service radio and beats1 but others just get station unavailable at this time message

Is there going to be update for the Apple TV? i was hoping that Apple Music would be on there
