Apple Releases iOS 9.2.1 With Bug Fixes, Security Updates

My Siri-issue was solved somehow by itself. I didn´t do anything and it works now. Strange.

While updating my OS8 to 9 that was not taking update, why this is happened, it was not taking due to not having space or my IPAd not supporting it. I have IPAD-2, which has 16GB internal memory.
