Did anyone get this after restoring and updating to iOS 9?

I had the same error message pop up on my iPad Mini in settings. So I tried downloading via iTunes. It's going real slow tho.

Mine started after getting the error message for about 30 times.

It said 4 minutes were remaining. I double tapped the home button to close other apps down. When I went back to the Software Update app that was the only one remaining in that view, it said it had failed. Now it's just giving the software update error all the time again...

Both Iphone 6+ and Ipad Air updated to IOS 9 no errors but took 30 min to download/Update/Install but both working no issues.

I'm always slow to update. I sometimes wait days on the iPhone and weeks or months to update my iPad, because I just don't like to bother until I see what bugs are biting. So I'm definitely not straining the Apple servers!

I did not notice a new Apple tv update though which usually happens as well.

Wow. That was easy. Installed in 15 minutes. Running iOS 9.0.

Seems like they're never ready for these launches. Can't remember the last time I was able to confidently install an update on release day.

They were pretty ready after all... iOS 7 took me 3 hours though, that was definitely not ready

I just installed it, and now my battery lasts 10 weeks.

Was able to download the update from the GM... I've read.. no1 said they have successfully did that update.. I have done it.. Just keep hitting the update button and don't let your screen go dark

I see that when I requested an unlock from AT&T -- did you request it recently?

Why does iTunes work much better than over-the-air? I assume everything goes to the same server?

Well my test subject (iPod touch) made it through the iTunes update. Now on to my other iOS devices.
