sorry but for me this is totally unacceptable, what is the beta testing for? to indentify this kind of bugs, i understand one bug every once in a while but for me apple lost their focus in quality control, just release what we have the way it is and we fix it later, that is how they doing things now, sorry the way they been doing things for the last few years

The chances are the ones running the betas are more tech savvy so high chance don’t have any older devices so it would get missed and most important thing is once it was discovered Apple was quick to fix it!

I do
Still, as far as iOS is concerned, the buggiest version of iOS I have ever dealt with. iOS 13 has been utter sh** on my iPhone 7. Apps force closing, poor memory management in Safari tabs, Springboard crashes, battery drain (I've had my battery replaced twice in two years). If this is one of the last releases of iOS 13, I have two words: good riddance.

Version 14 isn't out yet. Not sure what he downloaded.
I do agree, remember though Apple was caught slowing people phones down on purpose

I am still running an iPhone 6s Plus

Anyone else experiencling noticeable lag/stalls immediately after updating? iPhone 8, iPad Air 3.

That’s why my iPhone SE remains on iOS 12, and watch S3 is on watchOS 5. I ain’t budging. watchOS 5 has seriously devalued Siri/dictation, and Apple Support has no idea what’s wrong, but it’s not worth trading those bugs for bigger/newer bugs. (It was near-flawless on watchOS 4 and iOS 11)

I get almost exactly 12 hours of battery life on watchOS 5. With watchOS 4 it was easily 18 to 24, depending on usage. It's frustrating when sometimes I can't even fill my stand ring because the watch dies before I get to.

Wonder what 13.4.5 is for?

To give people something else to do while they're staying home. For this purpose, the more updates the better. Can't get enough of watching that white line under the Apple logo. 👍

Because of this whole virus isolation thing, I haven’t been driving anywhere. However, yesterday, I had to take the car down to buy groceries, stop by the drugstore, drive through the auto wash, etc. While driving, I tried to initiate a Siri search for driving directions...AND IT WORKED!!! Just like it used to in the final version of iOS 12. Sometime during the last two iOS 13 updates (13.4 or 13.4.1) Apple fixed the Siri/Bluetooth issues I was having ever since the iOS 13 upgrade. Thank you Apple!

My brother just updated to version 14 on his iPhone which stopped him from Facetiming my 92 year mother on her Verizon 9 iPad. How will Apple fix this now???
iOS 14 isn’t out yet, not even in beta, so I assume your brother updated to 13.4. If so he ought to install yesterday’s update, 13.4.1, which according to Apple’s release notes is supposed to fix the issue in 13.4 that prevented his iphone from facetiming older devices running iOS 9.

hi sorry but i respectfully disagree, the mail bug took almost an entire version of mac os to get fixed, i don’t consider that to be quick at all

Ok. How long have you found it takes? I updated a day after it was available. It’s been sporadically laggy since.
Usually take a day or two

Have you tried backing up your phone and doing a reset on the device. Once it springs back up, restore backup

Hi everyone. Is there a new beta coming out that anyone knows of or are we done with ios 13.4?? Just checking because i have been waiting for the 13.5 beta for a while.

They need to fix the user-made mp4 video issue that started with 13.4. I really wish I could roll back to 13.3. Can't watch non-iTunes movies anymore on the iPad. I'm about to sell it for a laptop but don't really want to go to a post office right now.

Thank you everyone on this thread and APPLE for fixing this issue for the Apple seniors, students, etc!...
I stand corrected... my brother's last version was version 13 and he contacted me yesterday to tell me and my elderly mother that he had just updated his iPhone with the fix!
Today my brother FaceTime'd my mother on her version 9 iPad and it (once again)worked for her!!!
It's so great when essential things are not just for Big Bucks!
