Niggles? WTF is a niggle?
Yea, we're supposed to have 10Mbps Download, 1Mbps Upload.
It sucks, because there is something wrong with it, so the actual download speeds are much slower, and if you're downloading a large file suck at the Combo Update, it goes slower and slower. My Sprint phone is faster sometimes, and I'm out of the EVDO network.
They did improve the flash "plug-in" app.
Part of Safari.
Anyone else noticed slow wakeup from sleep in 10.6.2?
I just updated and now my iMac takes an extra 5-10 seconds to come back up from sleep state, as compared to 10.6.1.
Hover the cursor over "niggle" and press ⌃⌘D (Command-Control-D).
Really?
Safari fixes provided for:
a graphics distortion issue in Safari Top Sites
Safari plug-in reliability
Where does it mention, "flash" improvements"? Please provide a source.
i never get tired of facepalm.jpg
Kind of like you and the hard-on you've got for that guest account bug. Just because you complain about it constantly doesn't mean it affected more than a handful of people. And now it's fixed so hopefully we can all move on.
Safari plug-in reliability
Flash in Safari is a plug-in.
Oh God, I hope so. I didn't pay $19 to just use iTunes.
You ≠ everyone. We love Apple as well, but you might be loving Apple a little bit more than is considered healthy.
neither does the minor group of ranters equate to everyone.
There's a reason no one uses it, and that reason has nothing to do with its' definition.![]()
Hi! I found the same problem too. It looks like the gamma has being changed or something. Just feeling that the color doesn't seem right as before.dont know if anybody can help but after i updated it reset my screens color to a more darker look. I tried the color profiler but i cant seem to get it to work like it use to in leopard. Did anybody else have this problem?
Working fine in Safari here.
Try turning the feature off, then back on (System Preferences > Mouse)
The rants without actual technical skill to discuss System log outputs amount to worthless rants.
I've had that problem with 10.6.1-- won't mount a USB flash drive. Rebooting fixes it, but not much else. Not enough experience with 10.6.2 yet to know if it's been fixed, but I don't see it in the release notes.
