.......still nothing. Thinking you guys jumped the gun with this article.
Most big companies now gradually roll out updates (e.g., to 1% of the population, then 10%, etc.), so that they can both watch the load of their CDN, and in case there are adverse reactions to the update, they can pull it faster with less of the population affected. (The CDN thing is not a joke, since macOS updates have become very very big the last few releases.)

Assuming the update goes smoothly, expect it to be visible real soon.

Says 11.5.2 is up to date. Guess they're staggering iOS/iPadOS updates separate from MacOS update as to not hammer the servers. iPadOS 14.8 is installing though.

Mojave is the last OS which supports 32 bit applications. Hence maybe Apple would support a little longer than previous OS. 🤔
(Or, Mojave simply don't have this issue??)
Safari 14.1.2
macOS Catalina and macOS Mojave

Not really an update to macOS but a browser update...

Can anyone confirm whether or not the thunderbolt and display issues are a factor here? I read that people were having trouble with TB displays and eGPUs with the .5 update, so I held off.

Same. I'm also waiting to update until confirmation that the issues with eGPU are fixed.

Updated successfully to 11.6 on my Intel MBP, through Software Update (no beta or dev profiles at all). It's out. I'm on 11.6 now.

No Update love for my M1 MBA either. Software Update says it's up to date with 12.5.2. Maybe it's machine specific.

My 12mini is updating to 14.8 and my iPad shows the 14.8 update available.

The iPhone and iPad didn't have the badges but the updates were available.

Apple today released macOS Big Sur 11.6, the sixth major update to the macOS Big Sur operating system that first launched in November 2020. macOS Big Sur 11.6 comes a month after the release of macOS Big Sur 11.5.2, a bug fix update.

The new ‌‌‌‌‌‌macOS Big Sur‌‌‌‌‌ 11.6 update can be downloaded all eligible Macs using the Software Update section of System Preferences.

According to Apple's release notes, macOS Big Sur improves the security of macOS and is recommended for all users. Apple has also released security update 2021-005 for macOS Catalina, and both updates address an issue that could allow a maliciously crafted PDF to execute code. Apple says that it is aware of a report that this bug may have been actively exploited.

Question: my mac isn’t getting the next update (2015 macbook) and I want to use the new custom domains feature. Will it still show my accounts once I set them up from iOS in the Mail app on mac, and will I be able to use hide my email on the Mac? I’m thinking this is unlikely which is a pain as it’s gonna take me forever changing all my accounts over on iOS

Not 100% sure, but I think that is Monterey only, might not work on your 2015.
