I prefer to update all my machines as soon as the update is released (especially if it's a security focused update like this one) and then I can go to sleep knowing that I'm using up to date OS and won't need to waste billable hours the next day waiting on updates.

Agree 100%, which is why I always liked Apple. When an update was released, I knew it would be there and I could download it. Not liking this trend of "rolling it out" like everyone else.

I have always gotten the update the moment it is released.. odd that this one is not showing up and its been a few hours later.

I have an M1 MBP and I have not gotten the update on the east coast of the USA. I did get the update on my 2016 rMBP 13" and I installed it on that machine.

Got it on my Macbook Pro 2020
Edit: Intel
