Looks like nothing for Mojave this time. (Or Apple stops supporting that OS already?)
Yep probably stopped supporting it. They perhaps are only supporting their OS's that run 64bit apps only moving forward.

Can anyone confirm whether or not the thunderbolt and display issues are a factor here? I read that people were having trouble with TB displays and eGPUs with the .5 update, so I held off.
Anecdotal, but I haven't had any eGPU or Thunderbolt issues with .5 or, now, .6. I don't have the million dollar Apple display, though, so if that's what you're talking about then my anecdote is extra useless!

My specific hardware, if it helps: Sonnet Breakaway Box 550, RX 580, and LG Ultrawide 5K something-or-other monitor. Oh and the last Intel Mac Mini. 2018? That sounds right.

Still nothing on my M1 MBA several hours later.

Considering the update fixes an issue which allows web sites to execute arbitrary code and Apple admits that’s being actively exploited, you’d think they’d want to roll this out as soon as possible.

Apple today released macOS Big Sur 11.6, the sixth major update to the macOS Big Sur operating system that first launched in November 2020. macOS Big Sur 11.6 comes a month after the release of macOS Big Sur 11.5.2, a bug fix update.

The new ‌‌‌‌‌‌macOS Big Sur‌‌‌‌‌ 11.6 update can be downloaded all eligible Macs using the Software Update section of System Preferences.

According to Apple's release notes, macOS Big Sur improves the security of macOS and is recommended for all users. Apple has also released security update 2021-005 for macOS Catalina, and both updates address an issue that could allow a maliciously crafted PDF to execute code. Apple says that it is aware of a report that this bug may have been actively exploited.

OK. Just booted Mac Mini late 2014 after two weeks away and 11.6 was right there - d/l’d and installing.

Updated here. Adobe creative cloud doesn't work anymore, it's something to do with rosetta 2 it seems

Safari 14.1.2
macOS Catalina and macOS Mojave

Not really an update to macOS but a browser update...
Still better than nothing at all. Glad to see that had been added to the list. (Didn't see that when I posted the first reply)

Meanwhile, my old trusty late 2009 iMac is still rocking on High Sierra with no more updates and the machine is not broken (yet?). Just got to be careful what I am doing with it.

Ok so I rebooted, this time Rosetta 2 reinstalled again (I already had it but ok), redownloading creative cloud app and reinstalling it fixed it. I couldn't launch the old one, it said "the app is already closed" every time I clicked on it. Weird

All Macs that support Mojave support Catalina, so Apple probably decided not to bother. People who are afraid to run their Macs without security updates probably run Catalina or unsupported Monterey/Big Sur already.
