Does anyone know of a country with a working CDN server? All countries I’ve tried instantly fail with HTTP 403 Forbidden now.

Grrrr.... this is the 4th time, come on sleepy heads @ Apple

I'm trying to download it too. The download speed is ridiculously low, I can't even watch Home Before Dark while waiting, I don't know why. It looks like the Apple servers are overheated. I will call the new MacOS The Big Sour.

Failed third time after passing 12GB. While I am frustrated, am glad this forum exists so know i'm not the only one with the problem :)
Gonna sleep now. Hope there's better news when I wake up.
Was so looking forward to Big Sur and hence more the frustration, I guess..

Did they pull the update completely now? I can't even get it to start anymore...

So after the failure, the restart quickly goes to 2.07GB. Then stalls for a bit. Now after 6 times of failure it fails right away. Would be nice if Apple put out an announcement

Got to 4.5GB download....failed.....restarted at 2GB.....got to 9.5GB....failed.....restarted at 2.5GB....now back up to 5.3GB.

Tedious to say the least.
Similar experience, but at 10GB or so it starts to fail immediately every time I try to restart the download. Now I don't know what to do...

Looks like they are rebooting the servers. Failed again and 'installation failed' error. Can't restart download.
