I think I might wait on this until the verdict is out

nTB + 10.12.4 has been working well, thus far

When I installed Sierra on my late 2012 iMac, i turned on the feature to tie my user account to my iCloud account. As a side effect of this, I had to login into my account via my iCloud password.
After installing this update, a system dialog tells me to update my password because I can no longer have a user account with the same password as my iCloud password.

I'm confused why this happened.

With the update I am now greeted with a black screen at startup on a firmware modded Mac Pro 4,1 w/ RX460. Unplugging and replugging the display cable brings the display back. Will need to do some experimenting.

Retina Macbook 12" and Retina Macbook Pro 15" updated without issue.

The update hung on restart for me. Turned computer off then back on, and it resumed the installation and completed. No apparent problems but I reinstalled with the Combo update just to make myself feel better.

Yea, these "don't look like much" updates may seem "meh" until you see Apple is continually trying to patch the holes by which hackers can gain access/control or spy on us. NSA excluded of course :(
And seeing how often and how much is needed to be patched every time... OS security must be very complex. That's clear.

Will there be a 10.12.6, or is 10.12.5 the last 10.12.x major number update? (excluding security updates)

Updates for El Capitan are also available:

iTunes 12.6.1, Mac App Store Update for El Capitan, Safari 10.1.1 and Security Update 2017-002.

:D
Does anyone have direct download links for the various other updates that are usually released, such as Safari 10.1.1 and Security Update 2017-002, for both Yosemite and El Capitan?

My relatively new MacBook Pro (with new keyboard) update says "Installing Software Update: About 25 minutes" for a very long time. At least > 30 minutes. Any body else see this?

Use the search bar but not for Safari. Safari is considered part of the operating system now ands the only way you can update it is from the App Store. Safari 10.1.1 is not available as a standalone download.

Thanks, and I found the Security Updates using the search function, which was right in front of me all the time

Dang. Just noted the Forward Slash deleted bug in the Go to Folder command and hoping they got it fixed.

In the "Go to Folder Field" subsequent forward slashes get deleted.

/Library/ becomes /Library Just watch that second slash disappear after typing it.

Got a drive problem, so the update has to wait.

working fine here (in 10.12.5 final)...

Swell. Installed the update on Yosemite and got the usual repair libraries song and dance for hours. Rebooted after typing in password a gazillion times. Not even sure the update took hold.
