didn't do anything for me. I actually wondered what it was trying to say about the apple hardware.
That's how I see it. What did it have to do with Apple. What did that commercial show that can't be done on any other platform.
Dreadful. Since Steve's passing Apple ads have gone from brilliantly cool to sentimental crap.
If this does NOT make you cry, you are truly heartless... BRAVO Apple!

I dislike the song personally. Had no idea what it was and couldn't relate.
I'm sorry to hear that happened to you.
I can't do anything about it, but there may be a better way. Are the Seoul phones sim locked as well?
Everything is subject to personal taste but this was pretty darn nice. It was a 90 second film that told a story at the same time selling products.
If you didn't like it OR hated it, as i have already read the lambasting some have given it, just think of the back-to-back-to-back car dealer commercials that you get to see every commercial break.
This was well done and tasteful.
Sappy or not, this is why Google or Samsung or Apple haters will never get Apple or the people who buy their products.
To others, it's all about specs.
Its a freaking computer company not a cult!
Yes it is. However, it's a computer company that would rather show you what you can accomplish with their products, rather than tout 8K screens and octo core processors and 14 gigglebits of RAM.

Zactly - Pointless 4k battery sapping phone screens!*
* Although I hope they continue with these to 8K+ for VR use.
The one interesting note I have is my Mac Pro 5,1 with 32GB of RAM and an SSD, when I boot camped Windows 8.1, ended up out performing Yosemite by a lot. I think it speaks volumes. OS X is one of the best operating systems on the market but, it lacks a lot of hardware support and hardware driver/kext updates that could use the machines full potential.
Just curious - can you define how Windows 8.1 "out performed" Yosemite?
